Disappointed After Years of Loyalty
I’ve been a loyal customer of Susquehanna Trucking for over six years, trusting them to handle all my tractor service needs. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when the company decided to terminate my service over a minor issue that wasn’t my fault. Despite multiple attempts to explain and resolve the situation, I was treated dismissively.
To make matters worse, I was placed on a six-month service waitlist, even though I’ve always received prompt service in the past. I later discovered the real cause of the problem myself — the check engine light was coming on because of a faulty clutch sensor, not the clutch itself. However, the team only adjusted the clutch and never addressed the actual issue.
When I explained that I shouldn’t be penalized for a misunderstanding, they chose to end my service altogether. While Susquehanna Trucking has a talented team that does great work, it’s very disappointing that they would cut off a long-time, loyal customer over a simple miscommunication — especially after spending thousands of dollars with them every month. Their actions reflect a lack of cultural sensitivity.
They are great at what they do. I have known the one parts guys for 25 yrs. They try and hook us up with hard to find parts on old trucks and occasionally fix trucks for our fleet.
Purchased parts for c-15 single turbo conversion turbo failed not even a week 2 loads. They will take your money but not honor their product. Spent over $15 k on parts & programming
Do not bring your vehicles to this place if you care about them. I took my F450 here and they kept it for months giving me the run around on why it's so long and were rude the entire process. Then my father and brother both own motor homes and they were rude to them. And with my brothers they broke his door arm when they hit it with something and several things during a routine inspection and claimed it was like that way when they dropped it off, and it wasn't. There are other diesel shops who will treat you differently and they were a lot nicer to work with.
Took my truck to them Gannon kept me informed and they did exactly what they said they would do. I know as an owner of a fleet down time hurts but I’d rather the truck be right when I get it back and don’t have to keep taking it back and lose more down time. They have definitely earned my business from here on out. Thank you again.
I just came for the Dyno,Better power,Better fuel mileage they did a great job..!! Best place I’ve had my truck worked on..I definitely recommend doing a Dyno on your truck.
They overhauled custom built and dynoed my C15, love the result, great customer services, they know there stuff and go the extra mile, reasonable prices, %100 recommended
3rd time in their shop! Three different reasons of course, and these guys never disappoint…. Headed up to get Red now…. You can tell a good shop when you see their parking is full of owner operator trucks… all his prices were reasonable! Including the towing! Why would anyone go anywhere else👊🏻🇺🇸
Tried for 3 months to get a quote for an engine replacement. Had to call back 3 times. All 3 times,Jeremy said he would get it back to me by the end of the day. Still don't have the quote. Never even received a call back. Shop came recommended and they might do good work...they might not. The follow-up is horrible which would not make me believe I would get a good job either unfortunately.
Dave and his guys are top notch professionals. Was very pleased and impressed with the dyno tuning they did on my N14 Cummins. And for extremely reasonable money. Highly recommend these guys.
Had a major air leak. They got me in within minutes and fixed within an hour and a half. The charge was minimal. Very satisfied with them. Good people to deal with.
Having gotten work done here since the late 90s, I've gotta say, I've never worked with a more knowledgeable, qualified and honest group of people. I no longer live near there, but when I need serious work done, such as my last engine rebuild, it is worth the ride to have them work their magic! I would recommend them to anyone who cares about the quality of work being done to their livelihood!
Phone skills at the parts dept. are lacking there was a loud walkie talkie chirping in the back ground which made it difficult to communicate and information had to be repeated.
