Horrible service and customer support. The manager did nothing to help me and this location is no good. Very disrespectful and horrible customer service. Did not have what I needed at this location after I ordered it online and then called them about my order. They confirmed my order over the phone. When I arrived they did not have my items in stock and they would not give me a replacement item. This location is a disgrace to the brand name. I suggest fire these lazy people. They don't want to work. Put someone else in this location. They move around like they hate life and look sad and when I ask for help they don't do anything. Others I've talked to about this location has said the same exact thing. Smh. Not using this location again I will use other stores. Sending a complaint to corporate as well.

Pulled into this location for a battery installation that is very largely labeled on their front door that they do battery jumps and installations. The service employee stated that he could not change the battery because it was "too cold for their fingers." ..... Don't worry. If you are in need of emergency assistance, the Willow Street location of Advanced Autoparts, 10 mins down the road, said they would be happy to replace it in under 10 minutes. Have the day you deserve 👌🏻✌🏻

Very good experience manager Roy wolf does his job well he's really people oriented as all the guys and gals up there working. It is also a pleasure shopping there you get the right parts for the right price and Michael in the commercial parts department is a great guy also. Needed help but no one helped at all. The guy was wearing dark sunglasses at night and leather wrist straps . Just a lil odd attire for being in customer service. Oh mean no customer service 😔

Absolute worst customer service experience. Walked in, store's empty, I say hello to individual behind counter and have to wait for him to finish counting whayever while his buddy on a ladder behind him doesn't even look at me. Then, he sells me the wrong item, and when I say something, he awkwardly helps some other person while I wait for them to be done just to return my item entirely. Your people need some serious uptraining, customer service and communication skills training. Absolutely ridiculous.

Needed a part for my van. Asked the guy to.come out and see what it was called. He told me.he wasnt a mechanic, but he could.look. while.rollinv his eyes. Wish I stoll.lived in Manheim. People there no what they are talking about. Went to mechanic, sold.me.the wrong.part. disgusting

Give it 5 stars for convenience and availability in a pinch. It is a place to buy what is needed immediately......at a inflated price. Personally, i order what i need online, for a far lower price. Unless it is a dire emergency, would i purchase parts here.

They were very helpful and got everything I wanted quickly and then installed 3 wipers on my van. The prices were comparable to other places with some good sales going on for rain x wipers and fluids used this time of year.

My local go to auto parts store. The people are friendly and I have never really had to wait to be helped with something. Ordering stuff online and picking it up usually is the best bet because of the discounts.

Prices are not very good. Customer service states they offer a price match guarantee but I call in to get a price match on some hydraulic oil. They stated they could lower the price by a few dollars but i could go buy it at a local hardware store or even tractor supply for way less. Is what it is. I only go here if i have to but not if i gotta pay more. Just my review. If you don’t believe me then do compare their prices yourself and you will find parts a lot cheaper elsewhere.

Sign on new store (in rural Quarryville, PA) says restrooms out of order. Salesman said headquarters said to post that although they aren't out of order... They just don't want you using them. The sign adjoins the sign about their goal towards excellent customer service. It's a lie. Purchased a motorcycle battery advertised with a Die-hard label but actual label is their store brand. Salesman said they hadn't got around to affixing the new labels as they are the same. Big box ethics meets small town morality... I'll pay more from now on to avoid Advanced Liar Auto Zone.

I went to Quarryville, PA to ride my bike on the Enola Low Grade Trail. Unfortunately, my van battery died on the way. Advance had the battery I needed and installed it right away. Great service.

Zack was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to getting me all the right parts that I needed and ordered the ones that weren't in stock for next day pickup. Overall all the Employees there are always nice and very helpful always have the right parts I need one of the best Advance Auto parts store I been to in a long time that actually interact very well with there customers and offer knowledgeable help. 👍👍💯

This Advance Auto parts Store located in Quarryville Pennsylvania is hands, down my favorite location. The store is really organized, the staff tho .. they are who make this advance Auto the best around. Good Parts Good Prices, Good Choices and Deals. The running register are amazing. They have helped me more then they will ever know. I needed parts and for them to get put on for safety reasons as I don't have a clue where or how to even start. My husband, our children's father, just had a massive heart attach in October and had a quadruple bypass amongst other things. He was in ICU for over a month before surgery, because he wasn't stable enough... anyways this angel saved me from a very pricey mechanics bill, and not only double checked exactly what the make model year and everything was for the truck, but he then got all the parts ready for me while I was on the way there quick to pick up, he carried out all the heavy rotors and break pads, for me. He then proceeded to put on our new wiper blades Free of charge. He was a saint and help me more then they will ever know.

Great experience. Was having some issues with car starting. Employee Mike was very courteous and helpful. Got what i needed quickly and we had battery changed out, purchased and back on the road in about 10 minutes, maybe less. Many thanks guys !

Decent place but they never seem to have what I need. Most of the staff are knowledgeable but there are a couple dumb dumbs in the group which is just like anywhere else. Prices are higher than most places but sometimes they do have sales that are good. Great parking spots, great location. Clean

I have a baby and a outhead light, after purchasing the light bulb for $15+ tax nobody was even allowed to help hook it up.its against policy.also They are very expensive only lazy people w money would by a car battery for over 300 dollars....(true story)

Advance auto parts always seems to have what I need and at reasonable prices. I get emails from them which give me discount coupons at just the right time when I seem to need them, as everything helps when something goes wrong with your car. I don't order anything out of the ordinary but everything is always in stock for me. They still offer loaner tools which is also a really big plus.

Nice staff, they were able to help me find what i needed and get parts in from another location quickly so i could get back on the road. The tool selection is great and they had some good deals going. And they are military friendly with a discount.

Staff is as friendly as it gets, most employees very knowledgeable. Very good with local directions and recommendations. Very clean, well-kept store 10/10 would reccomend

High impact on neighbors; service dogs rattled with loud noises and ground rumbling and tractor trailers trying to back in and our driveways are not for use to back up while traffic is put on hold...terrible layout for customers and tracktor trailers entering and leaving through the same place and workers hanging out most of the time smoking with little in the way of customers visiting. There should be a different inlet for deliveries and customers...neighbors were told there would be no impact on them, or their property, this is NOT the case.BTW, feedback has prices too high.

Very helpful staff.. took a dead batter and then charged it and tested free of charge .. of you have a check engine light on they will also test it as well.. loan a tool program which is nice so you don't have to spend ALOT of money on something your only going to use once

Love this store . It's always so clean and organized. The staff is always friendly... greets customers with a smile and a hello. I love how this store always does fun things to involve the community and they are also festive for the holidays. Great store great people!

It's good having an auto parts store that's open late in the Quarryville area. I've bought a few things here and appreciated the friendly service. I don't know what the stock levels are like, but Advance Auto is good at brings parts in within a few days.
