Don't go here if your broke and just need an inspection! I went here after having already gone somewhere else for an inspection . At that time I was told I needed rear brake pads and was quoted a price of 400 for everything my car needed. I did the repairs .myself and figured I'd bring the car here for the inspection since it's close to my job. These people took an hour and a half to type up all the Bs they said was wrong with my car . They handed me an invoice for over 2000.00 . These people are crooks.

Was very pleased with thorough explanation of service and recommendations. Also was appreciative that the tech and manager stayed beyond open hours to fit me in.

They are the best! I had a flat tire and they immediately got me an appointment and fixed my tire. Everything was fast and efficient and they were very knowledgeable. I left the shop with a list of tires that they feel are the best which I appreciated.

Mike and the team were very helpful in getting me in and out quickly for an oil change, state inspection and emissions! Mike was thorough and answered all my questions for future work!

Friendly, thorough services. Comparable prices and good communication. The waiting area is very small. If you plan to wait, plan to be close to anyone else waiting. Would use again.

I drove into this place because my car started violently vibrating on the highway. Mike came out to check my car even though they were extremely busy and found snow compact in my exhaust. He worked on it in the freezing cold — I am so grateful! This is a good place. They take care of you! 10/10

This location did a great job. They were easy to schedule with and did the job well. With my oil change they did a once over of the car and told me some things that I should get looked at, but weren’t pushy about it which I appreciated!

Scammm I went to take my car to get the state inspection done then they called telling me my air sensor is broken and that’s why my checked engine was going on and they were charging me $850 plus tax to fix something so simple and easy to replace and they said the could change and replace my hold release cable for $450 another thing that’s easy to replace and with all their service and fees and taxes my bill went up almost 2 thousand dollars for only that???? JUST RUN FROM THIS PLACE THEY JUST WENT TO OVERCHARGE

I called after lunch and got an appointment at 4pm. The gentleman helped to solve the low tire pressure 💡 problem free, And explained all the items found in inspection report. That is very helpful! I like their kind and professional work ethic. I will keep it as my personal top choice when any work is needed for my car.

I had a cat back exhaust system installed and the female shop manager who took car of me right away! Very friendly and consistently updated me while waiting! The tech and manager were awesome! Very positive experience and will definitely be back for further services!

Amazing staff and amazing service. I had to get my alternator, battery and control arms replaced on my car and they were very prompt in doing the work and explained everything to me in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I live 5 minutes away and they even came to my house to pick me up so I could get my car in time to take the kids to evening activities. I would highly recommend them for any car issues that come up!

Completely destroyed my brand new CVT transmission in my Nissan. Put the wrong axle in and did not take ownership of the fact that they did that. Considered suing them, kind of wish I had. If you’re reading this review, there’s 100 shops in Lancaster, why on earth would you spend your money with some heartless corporate entity? The only reason I came here…was by mistake, because the previous owners of the shop were amazing, you know before Meineke bought it. RUN!!! Update: Sept 30 You want me to call the care center? You guys owe me about $10,000 for the total automobile, do you really think that one call the care center is actually going to cut a check for $10-12,000? Because I don’t. Your store manager was a jerk about the whole thing, too. You put in the incorrect axle for the CVT transmission, then your tech overfilled the CVT transmission, not to mention they didn’t even put CVT fluid in it. I’m telling you, if you’re reading this review: RUN!!!

I appreciate that they were able to schedule my inspection the same day that I called. I dropped my car off, and the work was completed within a couple of hours & I picked it up at the end of the day. They were friendly and explained everything thoroughly. edit: so they broke my gas cap and didn’t tell me?? Really? SMH

Amazing service, super friendly and very helpful. Free brake inspection was worth it. Took care of my inspection and oil change on site with minor wait time. Highly recommend their services. If you’re in a financial struggle they offer payment plans to keep you in the road!

Jack Williams tire always makes it easy for my company car to get serviced without any hassles for getting payments authorized in a timely manner. The last place wouldn't release my car till payment was processed by the leasing company and this a a problem on the weekend. Thanks Teri

Yesterday was my second time I had my car inspected and Mike’s service was awesome. He was very professional and kept me updated with the status of the service. Even though they were short staffed, Mike maintained professionalism and patience. I will certainly return to the East Petersburg location knowing my car and I will be treated well!

What a wonderful experience to not have to worry about the integrity of an auto garage, Mike came through with absolute transparency, was patient explaining things to me, walked me through the steps and gave me a thorough and accurate timeline and expectations. The pricing was very reasonable and everyone I spoke to was kind and patient- a far FAR FARRRRRR cry from our experience with the previous owner!! On a personal level they saved us big time, for which we are very grateful! 10/10 will come back and absolutely recommend to anyone with sort of car related issues or in need of inspections!

UPDATED REVIEW: Unfortunately changing from a 5 star to a 1 star review. Though my previous experience there was truly exceptional (further below), I had a worse experience that outweighs it... I scheduled to have an alignment 2 days after writing the previous review, was informed it was done, and paid for it, only to realize following that the alignment had not been performed. When challenged, the service manager immediately voided the transaction, so I am glad they didn't make a bad situation worse, but it shouldn't have happened at all. Who was actually to blame and the reason given wasn't clear for me, but I wasn't that interested in discussing it, just making sure I was refunded. I waited to update the review so I was doing so levelheaded, and to be sure no charges appeared on my card. I'm especially bothered by all this because the service I received previously was truly amazing and the mechanic seemed like a genuinely trustworthy and competent guy. Probably some good people work there, others not so much. In the end, being charged for work not performed is just straight stealing... Won't be going back and can't recommend this place. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had an excellent experience at the East Petersburg Meineke today. I needed to have an unexpected repair completed and Mike and Brady really went above my expectations to get me back on the road, while being easy to work with throughout the experience. I'm very appreciative of their great service and will have no issues with going there again for future work needed.

Excellent service! I had an amazing experience with Meineke Auto Repair. They were honest, professional, and extremely reliable. The inspection were done perfectly, and their prices were very reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy car repair or inspection. I'd rate it lower if I could. I called around noon and inquired about oil changes. They told me I could drop it off and pickup later no problems. I dropped it off at 12:55 and the gentleman upfront reassured me it's definitely be done by end of day if not earlier. I got an update call around 3 that they were about to start but noticed something funky with my car and asked what I wanted to do. Being on a time crunch I asked for just the oil change but I definitely will schedule a return inspection. He told me my car would be done by 4-415. I show up at 4:15 and he then told me they didn't even start!?!? And then had the audacity to tell me he wouldn't charge me for anything? Yeah because you didn't do anything. If they are busy I completely understand but the lack of communication is awful. Why not call me and tell me they are running behind? Instead I show up with 2 small children expecting a finished job only to be told they never started. No thank you. I frequent the camp hill location and have never had issues with my service there. I took the day off to get this done and I got absolutely nothing accomplished.
