I decided to go to Advanced Auto Parts to see why my cigarette lighter for playing music in my car was not working. I talked to the sweetest lady Jenny and she was amazing! She came out to my car and checked the fuses for me and eventually figured out I had something stuck in the port which was making it not able to play music. It saved me so much time and hassles from possibly going to an auto repair shop! She was beyond amazing and cared for it like her own vehicle!

worst place to drop off your UPS Package. They serve as a UPS drop off access point and do not care for the packages that you drop off, nor do they make any effort to ensure that the UPS staff picks them up at the right time. Lousy place

My windshield wiper flew off while driving and they replaced it for free because another Advance Auto Parts had put it on. How awesome was that?!

Got a new battery for my son's car. After checking a few places, Advance in East Petersburg had the best selection in stock, and best prices for the car battery. They had price points of $95, $130, $195, $215. Since he is driving an older car we got as a starter, we decided the $130 battery with a one year warranty was best for us. We had a very thoughtful and knowledgeable sales woman who sold it to us & also installed it for no additional charge. She also took the old battery (which SAVES $22, not sure who's paying that to keep a dead battery). Very swift transaction overall, we were on the road with the new one in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied, would recommend

Decent enough place, out of stock on many items pretty regularly, could mean they are busy or could mean they don't stick their shelves... hard to say.

So helpful!! Stopped in for a few errands and they had everything needed in stock. I wasn't pressured to buy anything, and was offered assistance when needed. Sloan was a total pro, and definitely deserves a raise!! He helped me find the right battery and installed them and there. I am SO thankful and will definitely be a regular at this location for future projects. Thanks y'all!

I stopped by to pick up a headlight bulb for my car, the staff I talked to was very friendly and helpful with the info I needed. Plus helped me out with finding out info for brakes & rotors also for my car & the various prices too.

If you're going to use Advance for parts, as I occasionally do. Go to this one in East Pete. They seem to have their act together better than other Advance stores. My order was ready and the parts were correct. Pick up was fast and easy.

Super helpful staff! Advance autopart has been killing it lately with great customer service! The two employees working that night had been incredibly helpful with handling my online purchase, pickup and inevitably the return I needed to make since the product size was wrong (my mistake).

I wasn't bombarded with employees asking to help me, which is nice for a change when I'm just trying to grab things and get out. Had what I needed. Staff was friendly.

Associates were attentive and extremely effective at figuring out what I was looking for immediately. Very good experience, thumbs up all around!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to walk a doof like me through things without actually treating me like a doof. That's less common than it should be.

Our van decided it wouldn't start and we were right down the street from this store. We figured it was the battery. When we got to the store and explained what was happening, the gentleman at the counter said he wasn't convinced it was the battery and didn't want to sell us something we didn't need. We also showed him a picture of the battery which he noticed should still be under warranty. Conclusion: we called a towing service who determined it wasn't the battery, but another issue. Bottom line: the staff here are educated and professional. Highly recommend!

The older gentleman with the black goatee at the front counter was very nice and had a lot of information to help with the work we were going to do on our car. Very helpful!
