AMAZING. Jake is the type of car guy we all want and need, and I’ll never go to anyone else! He is so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. As a woman, it’s hard to find a car dealer who doesn’t talk down to you or try to overcharge you, let alone one who is so approachable and respectful. Jake is the opposite of a shady car dealer - he is down to earth, kind, and extremely honest. He answers all of my many questions without ever being condescending or impatient. He genuinely wants people to get cars that they want and can afford and never pressures a sale. It can be nerve wracking and frustrating to find a car and people to trust in this business, but Jake is a hidden gem. I wish I could keep him all to myself but I don’t want to gatekeep - he deserves to have all the business in the world. He is the absolute G.O.A.T., protect him at all costs!!!

Poor Communication. My wife called about test driving 2 Volvo XC90's listed on website for sale. Was told they weren't ready yet and were in the shop and he put her first on the list to call. Sold the one out from under her and never called her. My wife called about it after noticing it was off the site. Was told the one was sold and the other one was in the shop getting inspected. She was again first on the list to call back. That was the beginning of January this communication had been going on, with no follow up on his part and now the car is no longer listed for sale. Very Unprofessional. Buyer beware

We bought a 1996 Honda Stepwgn recently and could not have had a better experience! We bought the vehicle site unseen after speaking with the owner directly and getting some great in depth photos and videos of the vehicle. They shipped the vehicle to our house promptly, and it was in better condition than we could have hoped for! 10/10 would absolutely do business again!

The car that keeps on giving! ??? . This is the second car we bought together after moving into our own place. We originally were going to trade it in as soon as we found something with 4-wheel drive for the winter, but it has been great to have with the increase in gas prices and has done well in the snow so far. Before we got it, we prayed that we'd use our second car to help others out. Soon after we got it, someone Collin had been working with for the last 4 months at his new job, had to take his car to a shop to be fixed. For the next 4 months while it was being fixed, Collin picked up and dropped off the guy to and from work with him almost every day. The two developed a friendship over time and became close brothers-in-Christ with one another, ultimately spurring one another on in the faith and becoming revived in their own faiths. It was awesome to watch it all play out from the sidelines and hear such a great testimony come from both of them in the end, and I am grateful to the work God has done in my husband to make him so willing to help someone out in need and how He's grown him so much through it to honor God with his Word and teach me a thing or two about putting others first and denying myself just like Jesus did for me. I'm excited to see how else God uses this car to help others.
