Are car went off into a ditch when driving home and suspension fell off we brought the car here very reasonably priced and got the car taken cared of for us in a reasonable time considering the bind we were in thank you!
Don’t come here this is the worse place ever I called just to check on a price the guy on the phone was very rude and hang up on me for no reason. Very bad customer service.
Called this place to ask for help...and they VERY rudely said they weren't interested...& hung up. They may be good mechanics (possibly) but LOUSY human beings. And I'd say if someone wouldnt treat me well..they probably wont treat my car very well either...😔
My truck broke down five miles from Blue Ball Garage and this is where AAA towed it. These folks were awesome in finding the issue and fixing it for a good price, which was much less that what it would have cost me to have the vehicle towed 30 miles to my regular mechanic.Their shop is modern and clean. I recommend Blue Ball Garage.
Excellent service. Mabey a little pricey but they make sure you know what they are doing to your vehicle and they find stuff other garages might not. Great experience.
Great High quality garage. They do all the maintenance on our work trucks and we never have to worry about the small things as they will always reach out and suggest repairing/replacing something if they find something we where not aware of. Definitely recommend for any business that has employees driving their trucks everyday.
Needed my car towed and got 3 quotes from local businesses. Blue Ball Garage was the most affordable of the three by a long shot, and I don't think I would have been able to find anything cheaper than them. Great customer service, and extremely friendly operator. Would highly recommend.
Not a quality garage. Our vehicle had the same problems after repairs. The garage charged a hundred dollars for replacement of key fob battery and claimed it was for labor costs. Our radiator and electrical problems we still there. I would never recommend
I've been using BB Garage for over 30 years, wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are honest and conscientious and good at trouble shooting. I have known Barry and his family ever since Jr High. Great people and great company. I have an understanding with Barry that if it is broken or even almost broken, fix it, because breakdowns are always inconvenient and costly. I want to keep my vehicles running tip top and they do a great job keeping them that way - Five Stars !!!
We needed to have the ball bearings repacked on our trailer on a short notice and these good folks were able to accommodate us. Great people and terrific service.
Price was way more than it should have been. One of my friends had the exact same work performed at another garage and price was less than half wat i paid here!
While they are knowledgeable with mechanics, I found their prices to be be way over-priced. Seems they added 100%+ mark-up on parts purchased to fix my vehicle.
They seemed very friendly and helpful till it came time to pay. Being out of state, and broke down, expected payment on the spot. We finally did get something worked out.
I would only recommend this place as a last resort
While heading back to VA from vacation in PA I lost the brakes on my Tahoe. Although they were busy they worked me in,did an excellent job and we're very reasonable with the price. Speaking as a business owner myself the level of helpand sevice I received is a rarity today.
Reasonable and fast got my first car from them and to this day if I need answer or quote anything they are there. Just got my van inspected i was thinking outside the box it was so much better then I imagined 4 thumbs up...
Great staff. One of the mechanics walking out to his vehicle saw me in the parking lot and stopped to help and see what I needed. I had a tire that needed repaired. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and very friendly. Thanks BB Garage!
I only started going there a few years ago, but twice now they had the opportunity to charge me more for an expensive part... but then tried a less expensive solution that worked for me. Very impressed! Very friendly, reasonable prices. I am very happy with them!
2017 - took my 2014 jeep there with 40k miles and brand new tires i provided (just needed mounted/balanced). after they went over it i was quoted nearly 600 dollars (to mount tires and do inspection/emissions).
i asked them via phone not to do either, went to get it and still ended up with a 200 dollar bill (to mount tires and pass emissions which i asked not to do).
I will NOT be taking any of my vehicles here again. be warned, you will leave with a list of random charges coming to much more than it should have been.
If i could give 0 stars I would. This is the second bad experience I've had with this garage. I had then do an inspection and emissions, and an oil change. Get there they charged me 220 dollars for unnecessary stuff that they said and I quote "I thought you would of wanted it done". Never called to ask me or let me know they doing any extra stuff. When I challenged it the mechanic said well I can undo all the stuff I did will that make it better?! Uhh no u had my car all damn day I need it back now. I will NEVER go to this place again. And I recommend nobody else does either.
Great company! They do good work and have a team of honest, trustworthy mechanics that are dedicated to their job. I highly recommend them for your next service or inspection!
I went to this garage because it's 3 miles from my house and the reviews were great. Sadly, my experience was not good.
I had my truck inspected and my tires rotated. Everything was fine until my truck developed a slight vibration in the front drivers side brake; which I thought was a warped rotor. I had already ordered a new front brake kit so I just lived with it until I could replace them.
A few days later I had a noise; which again I assumed was from the brake. The next day the vibration was bad enough that I decided to take the wheel off and tey to find out what was wrong.
I grabed my floor jack, chocked the wheels put a socket on the first lug and it was already loose. I grabbed the lug next to it and spun it by hand, the next lug, the next and the next around the entire wheel. Every lug was easily spun off by hand.
I called BBG to tell them about it. I was put on hold twice and never spoke with anyone aside of the receptionist. Frustrated, I asked her to leave a message for the manager about the situation or perhaps tell the mechanic about his mistake.
I took the wheel off, looked for damage, checked the brakes, put the wheel back on and lowered the jack. I checked the other wheels to make sure the lugs were tight and to my amazement every single lug on my truck was loose--hand tight.
Long story short, I wouldn't trust this garage with a wiper change. My front wheel very easily could have come off (and would have) while driving and caused severe damage, an accident, injury or even someones death.
Absolutely disgusted.
If you live anywhere near Lancaster County and have any service, repairs, or maintenance to be done on your vehicle, try out this great shop. The people here know the value of great service and truly fair pricing. They stand behind their work and have come in lower than their already great estimates for brakes, exhausts, A.C. and whatever else you may need done. If you don't live nearby I find it is still worth the drive here from Montgomery County and I usually spend the day at the great shops and outlet stores in the surrounding area. Bring a friend to drive up separately so you can take advantage of the beautiful countryside and local culture and food and know that your car is in good hands. Enjoy!
