My wife and I stopped by Nissley Vineyards for their Fire and Spice event on Saturday around 2:30 PM. They had live music and light snacks, which really added to the overall vibe. The musician, Steve Kissinger, played a wide range of music from the ’70s through the ’90s, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It turned out to be a great mid-afternoon experience. We were just looking for a place to sit, relax, and chill for a few hours, and Nissley Vineyards was perfect for that. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the wines, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be stopping back again soon. ?

Very nice wines, reasonably priced, and wonderful staff. Love the cold winter weekends sitting upstairs by the fireplace and listening to live music!

Enjoyed some Naughty Marietta with my friend. They had live music and we could bring our own snacks. Was a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

We made a quick stop on our anniversary and this place was so cute! Arlene was a pleasure to talk to and the wine was very good. We hope to make it back again when we are in the area!

Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a lovely time! Beautiful winery and fantastic wines! I’ll have to come back with my husband! The wine slushes are so tasty!

Our family prepared and planned a small surprise birthday party for 15 people at Nissley. We thought it would be a beautiful experience until met by a staff member who thought yelling, disrespect and arrogance was the way to talk to adults. She also felt the need to tell us when we needed to buy something. This person was very unprofessional and as I told her we will not be back. I would like to replay to your I think acknowledgment and apology. Truly, I think that’s all that’s needed at this point. If you would like to talk more about it as I said before, I would love to chat with you as I think some of your points of this story are incorrect. Speaking with the person who posted the review may be a better choice than calling others. Wouldn’t you agree!

We were a large group who reached out ahead of time to make sure the venue could host us/were prepared with staff. We arrived and were turned away or told we had to purchase tickets to the band on site and were not allowed to partake in a tasting. Our coordinator spoke with Dawn via email and then in person at the venue. She was rude and completely disregarded what she had told our coordinator via email in advance of our arrival. Would not recommend this vineyard. There are much kinder, more welcoming places in the area.

Do not ask questions unless you wanna be looked at sideways…they’ll pull out a book and attempted to answer, but very lack all knowledge regarding wine. Strictly reading from a book Will also let you know if it had been any busier they wouldn’t have any time to help you answer any questions regarding any of their wine. Cheeseboards are the ones you can purchase at Hannaford’s or any local grocery store. Nothing made here in House. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and music was amazing. Highly recommend skipping this place and going to the next if you’re in the area other than it’s beauty, you will be disappointed If ownership could step up and get proper service here, it would really elevate the game No spit jar for wine No water unless you wanna pay for it No extra glass from switching from red to white or dry to sweet. Just truly taken back that NO staff has any wine knowledge. Very much a slow day and was more concerned with sitting in the staff lounge than learning there job. Wendy did try to be a learn some wine knowledge together. Overall beyond disappoint. Due to service alone. Very curious who owns this place and if they are remotely aware.

This is a nice venue, and we enjoyed stopping by here on a Saturday afternoon for their Fall Fest. We aren't huge fans of wine, but we still enjoyed the sweet wine flight, variety of vendors, the live music, and the beautiful setting. Next time, we would bring some lawn chairs or a blanket, as there isn't as much seating as we expected. We hope to check out their live music series next summer!

Visited during the week. No one else around. Beautiful grounds and helpful, knowledgable staff. Each wine I tried was fantastic. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely return.

My wife and I went on a Friday afternoon and had an incredible experience. The property is increidble, the wine is fantasitc and resonably priced and the staff is very friendly. The experience was made even better by Amy who was working that day. She went above and beyond to make our tasting great. She was knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly the entire time. We have been to multipe wineries in the region, but this was by far our favorite one. Will be back again soon!

Great place to stop by and get some wine or a wine infused slushy and crackers. Was super hot and there’s no indoor seating that I was aware of, but friendly workers and got myself a mango slushy since that was one of the options. Had to sit inside my car because it was 93° out and I was not suffering sitting in the heat LMAO. Definitely recommend on a cool fall day.

Very nice! Wonderful view on the porch, and apparently they do music nights. We didnt go to that, we went on a tuesday. The reception was very welcome and walked us through the menu (which is detailed and helpful in deciding). Also, their mango wine slushie was really good. I highly recommend it

Nissley Summer Lawn Series is a favorite yearly tradition for me and my friends. You're able to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks as well as lawn chairs, folding tables, etc. If you don't feel like bringing food they always have a couple food trucks on site. Great selection of wines to purchase. Our favorites are Niagra and Fantasy.

I really enjoyed Nissley Vineyards. It was on a beautiful property away from the noise of the highway. I was able to sit and read in peace while doing a tasting. The service was great and the wine was delicious!! Will definitely be going back when we are in the area!

AMAZING Summer Concert Venue even in a drenching thunderstorm. Plus delicious highly rated Chardonnay Reserve and a cool food truck = Nissley Rocks!! Seriously we loved our first visit to Nissley on a Summer evening. Thank you.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon and had the entire place to ourselves on a beautiful September Day. A very relaxing experience. The gentleman in the tasting room was very attentive and kind. We even got a visit from the owners' sheepdog! Hubby does not like wine but they had about 5 local beers available and he was pleased with the ones he tried. I enjoyed the cab franc and the oak Chardonnay, both delicious!

What an amazing afternoon! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the scenery was just stunning! After sampling some wine, we took a walk around the property and were able to see the historic buildings and vines. It was a much needed, quiet afternoon. We will DEFINITELY return.

Very beautiful vineyard. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the sampling and bought a few bottles of wine. The wine was tasty and the staff was able to explain the different types of wine we were trying. Definitely would visit again in the summer for their concert season.

Love this place! They are very informative about the history of the buildings and about wine as well! The property is beautiful and is perfect for showing up with friends and sitting out on the lawn with a bottle of their wine. Will definitely be back
