I have been with Sam for multiple years. And get all of my work done here! Appreciative of the work they do here. Work is always done in an appropriate manner and with clear communication. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Shopping for a used car at Sam's was a breath of fresh air! No pushy car salesmen. No hidden fees. Quick process. Alianna was very helpful and friendly. We were looking for a Prius and found one we really liked and it was below the prices we saw at other used car dealers. We'll definitely go back the next time we need a car. And we may use their garage services too! Cannot recommend enough!

I recently bought a used Prius C to use as a commuter vehicle. The process was very easy and professional, and 2 weeks in, everything seems to be going good.

So far we are very happy with our purchase. We needed an affordable vehicle that met our needs and that’s exactly what we got. The service was friendly and the process was fast and to the point.

I had a problem with my hybrid. Another shop was confused by the hybrid malfunction notices (though it was not a hybrid problem in the end.) This shop appears to have diagnosed and corrected the issue. Wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular shop for my hybrid.

I worked with Alianna to buy a car. The process was very easy and pleasant from start to finish!! I love my car so much. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

Decent deals, somewhat rough start when looking. But closing car deals was really smooth. Overall Sam was nice to work with

Purchased a Subaru from Sam anout a month ago. Ran into some issues with the AC and sam was quick to retify the situation which I greatly appreciate due to all the problems i ran into in my old car. Its nice to be cool when its hot out. Thanks so much again, Sam!

Brought my 2014 Prius in to check on an issue I was having with my breaks. They did a diagnostic and explained the issue to me as well as gave me comfort in making a difficult decision about my car. Got the car in the shop within the next 2 days and my car was all fixed up! Sam and Alianna were very helpful and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for good reliable work on their prius!

We had an amazing experience with Sam and the team. We purchased our new Subaru from them a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! The car was stunning inside and out. I bought a car from this guy 15 years ago ford explorer drove it real short distance since it was late he told me he drove it around car is perfect! As soon as I started driving on 283 from him and transmission started kicking I called him right away and he told me there is no way advise me to change oil in transmission cost me additional $300 we were talking for few weeks what to do I wanted to return the car he agreed but charged me $500 to take it back cost me all together with taxes and fees around $1300! This guy is a biggest crook I reported him on bbb than he started answering his phone before that he was avoiding me and ditching my calls! Some one will ask what took me so long to leave review, well I just saw a car on market place I liked and when I saw who is selling I just couldn’t resist to tell people about my experience with him! I was surprised he had pretty good ratings on Facebook and google! Maybe Sam started implementing what he was claiming at the time to be “God fearing guy” !

Sam and Alianna are wonderful people and have a knack for having vary good hybrid/electric cars always available. I was able to work with them over several months to find exactly the right car/mileage/range/etc to meet my needs. I'll be back for service with them and will always check them out for future purchases!

Sam’s Auto was hassle free and provided me with a reliable Prius to call my own. I’ve owned the vehicle for just over 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the performance of the vehicle. Smoothest ride I’ve ever had, and best gas mileage by far.

There were some issues with the Prius I purchased here, however, Sam was incredibly helpful and when it proved to be too much for me to deal with, he purchased the car back. I could’ve met with him about how to fix the car or see what other options there were, but this was the option I chose.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Sam's in 2022 when it was difficult to find one and they had fair pricing. Fast forward to 2024- my other car, a 2011 Camry Hybrid was having hybrid system issues. The Toyota dealer essentially said they couldn't fix it, but it's been a well-treated car and I didn't want to give up on it yet. I remembered that Sam's did work on toyota hybrids and drove the car up there. They were friendly and took a cost-effective approach to repairing an odd issue (the code could have been one of several issues). I felt like they were fair, intellectually curious about the issue, and looking out to not drive the repair cost up. It took some trial and error but they got my car back on the road when the Toyota dealer couldn't!

I feel like I found a total gem with this auto shop. They are not close to where we live but we will be traveling to get our cars fixed by them from now on. Experts at all things Toyota Prius. Fair, honest, hard working 💪. I would recommend buying cars from them and getting cars fixed by them. You don't find businesses like thos very often. Keep being awesome Sam's Auto. Purchased a 2010 Rav4 from Sam's Auto a month back. This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Alianna was friendly and happy to assist in anyway possible. I never felt rushed or pushed into making any decisions. Even though they are a hour from me, this will be the first place I look at for any future car purchases.

We love Sam's! My partner and I each have a 2005 Prius. Sam has kept them running strong. Every time my car needs a repair he is honest and does his best to get me the best price. He has always honored his warranties. Aliyana at the front desk is a great communicator. I would highly reccommend Sam's to any hybrid or electric vehicle owner.

Just bought a 2011 Prius from Sam’s. It was a 1 owner and has been very well taken care of. Alianna is a complete sweetheart and answers any questions you may have. The guys in the shop were super nice as well, even though my four year old was throwing a fit (kids, right?) In ALL honesty, this was the EASIEST it has ever been for me to buy a car, especially my first hybrid car. I never thought I’d be driving a Prius but gas is expensive and I needed something that was super easy on gas because of driving for work. I absolutely love my “new” to me car!

I purchased my first electric vehicle (PHEV) at Sam's last August and wanted to see how the first few months went before giving my review. I have to say Sam's Auto was so great. They were friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They made everything easy during a stressful time. Victor made sure the car came with a brand new fob and charger for me and Aliana helped me get tax credit for purchasing an EV even though it was not something she had done before, she took the time to figure it out for us. I was so impressed and really felt that was above and beyond. The car is driving great, we love it and plan to return to Sam's when it is time for maintenance and repairs.

Bought a 2014 Prius hybrid here and was so happy with every step of the process! The pricing, the employees and the speed of the transaction were all perfect!

We just bought a 2011 prius yesterday. We test drove 3 of them. They have a lot of used priuses. No pressure sales which is nice. I'd recommend them for a vehicle. Cars are clean and a good value for the condition that they are in. Some cars had scratches but the prices reflect the damage. UPDATE: Purchased a 2nd Prius about a month ago and it runs great! Still have the 2011 (Currently at 250k - was 160k when purchased) And it hasn't had any major problems since purchase. I just wish that used cars weren't so high right now but unfortunately with the economy in the state it's at it is what it is. Looking forward to a long life with the 2nd prius too. When my son is ready to purchase a car I'll be checking the inventory to see what's available. Keep up the good work!

Had a great car buying experience at Sam's Auto. We arrived shortly after opening. I had already done my research on the car and was able to take it for a test drive within 10 minutes, no one tagging along or pressuring me on the sale. I liked the vehicle, the paperwork was started and Sam recommended Members 1st for financing. The loan process was simple and pain free. I was happy with the loan terms and had a check well before Sam's closed for the day, everything was in order, off to the notary and I was able to take the car home the same day. Really happy with the fair pricing. The staff was professional and efficient; Sam runs his shop and auto dealership well. If you are in the market for a replacement vehicle and really dread the back and forth negotiations and fluff just go to Sam's Auto and skip all that hassle. Thanks Sam!
