Brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed and repaired for a very reasonable price. Everything was easy and seamless. They called and got authorization before doing the work which is a HUGE thing for me! They went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and make sure I left satisfied. Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here!
A lot of people have written wonderful things about Jay's Garage, and they are all true. One really nice thing is that they always leave my car super clean - no oily fingerprints or grease anywhere. This shows that they care about the customer's car. I've taken my cars to actual dealers that leave my car dirtier than Jay's Garage does!
Their prices are also very reasonable, and they have always been able to fit me in quickly. I really appreciate that!
I have to say, of all the different garages I've gone to in Lackawanna County, this one is by far the best. They get you in and out as soon as humanly possible, they are honest, and fair. I recommend Jay's Garage to anyone who needs a competent machanic. They are great!

This place is absolutely great. Excellent service. I wound up getting a flat tire in Old Forge and I took it over to Jay's. They literally stopped what they were doing just to help me. It took them less than 10 minutes, I was in-and-out. I recommend this garage to everybody.

I’ve used a few mechanics in my life and none of them have treated me as professionally as Jay has. I know when I drop my vehicle off at Jay’s garage I don’t have to worry anymore. They always make sure my vehicle is fixed right the first time.
He services my whole families cars. He is a great guy, and does great work.. He is honest and he completes his work in a timely manner. His worker, who is also named Jay is also very good.
