Family business making transition to Napa. In the past this location was the go to for in stock items. With my increasing use of online parts, I feel some guilt about not giving them more of my business. Recently found myself stranded with a bad starter in my pickup hours before a profitable few days. Pop started the truck and made it there, left it running and ran in to see if they had one in stock. Of course they did. And the lady even waved my core to save me the hassle of walking back in and waiting for the return process.
Installed in the nearby empty lot. Walked back in with core and left it on the counter with a thankful nod. I dread the day when I can't access this service in a pinch.
My favorite place to go for auto parts and paint.. I've been going to CEEKAY in Moosic Pa since I was a kid goin there with my father for parts for all the vehicles he's had over the years... Very helpful friendly staff
The best place hands down in the area with welcoming help when you need it with your vehicles. And they honored a new starter that quit on me 5 months after purchase with no questions asked. And for the parts counter clerk Miranda... THE politest, most understanding, perfect at her job, parts person I have ever encountered in my 48 years. I’ll never go anywhere else.
It is a great place as far as selection on parts go, when they say 1 million, I believe they underestimate!! The customer service can be better. Far from the way it used to be. Miranda is the go to counter person for tough jobs, but I usually get the second shift guys and girls.. so I can't speak for the 8-5 guys
Great place to buy your parts I always call ahead of time and the parts are always ready for me when I go in if you need a part for your car call ahead and make sure it's in stock and they have it at all you have to do is go and pick it up and you're on your way
They are the only ones who has my parts for my never impala. However the only one who seems to get it right and goes out of her way to find me the right parts is Miranda. She is by the far the absolute best. Jeff has issues finding the right parts and had on 3 different occasions ordered me the wrong part's. Then i spoke to Miranda and she ordered me a part for my car. She said next day it would arrive. Well i called did not come in . She promised to check into and call me back I waited hours and not a person called back to let me know about my part. These part's are important to a person's car. We need answers when we ask. I will not return to aby auto part's I'll go pay the extra money at the delear. This is unacceptable.
Hidden in an up hill street but I did find my turn signal bulbs! Great priced and was greeted nicely by the associate. Quick stop and shop, found on my way to my Sons school. Will like to return soon and see what else they have for my SUV.
Nice place to pick up your part if needed immediately. But prices are much higher then online and local price matching is non existent. They wouldn't price match Advanced Auto for the same exact part in stock to...
Very good service and very helpful counter person they helped me get everything I needed .. He also put it in my car because I'm not supposed to lift anything..
Best place for auto parts with the best price around and if it isn't then they will give you 5% off the best price around. The customer service here is wonderful too. I would highly recommend this place for all your auto needs.
