I was stuck on the shoulder off of I 81 with no breaks and they came to the rescue!
On Jan 22 just in front of the big freezing storm. They towed my 30 footer and replace the brakes , in and out before the storm!!
They were very accommodating and understanding!!

The nicest people to work with, they went out and checked my truck to make sure it didn't have to be towed (per another mechanic that was out onsite) fixed the issue in 15 min when the other company said they could not. They were a blessing wish I had called them first!
Had a serpentine belt replaced on our motorhome in 2023 when we purchased it. It had only 9500 miles on it but was advised it was a bit dried out from non use. We put about1,000 miles on it after that when it when it broke .
We were told that it was the wrong belt put on and was put on incorrectly.
The original installation cost approx $300.
The bill to fix it with the correct belt, tensioner and new AC compressor because the broken belt caused the AC compressor to freeze was $3000.
We had to have a mobile mechanic
because we were broke down on the highway.
Needless to say we were not happy with
Williams.

Our heroes! Towing our 5th wheel up 81 in the pouring rain to a romantic anniversary weekend to the finger lakes…….our truck broke down! 2 tow trucks were sent to us …one for the truck and another for our 5th wheel. They proceeded to take our camper to a nearby campground and park it on a site for us to stay while they towed the truck off for repair. The truck was repaired the next day and at this moment we are……on our way to the finger lakes !
From our panicked first call to paying the bill (very reasonable!) we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you!!!!
We are so thankful for their service and their willingness to help us! We were traveling home to Colorado when our fuel filter burst. They were referred to us by a local towing company when all the dealerships we found were 3 to 4 weeks out. We know they had a busy load but they were able to help us and get us back on the road in a day!!
Great place, the mechanics are friendly and professional. If you in the area, I definitely recommend you take your truck there if needed. I took my truck there for a leak it was fixed in around 15 minutes or less

Quick and efficient... Had a problem getting there in the morning due to dead battery , John just said get it started and get it here , I am waiting on you... Just an all around nice Guy... Great mechanics always friendly and reasonably priced. The only problem is they are so busy you can expect a big job to take a little more time, but if you want the job done properly this is the place to go
