Called to get quick job done, said come down, they were closed when I limped my car down there just before 11am sign said closed @ noon on Saturday, NOPE
I had a slow leak in one tire that I needed plugged so I called to see about getting it fixed as I needed my car for transportation to work. They said they couldn't get me in until 3 weeks later and only at 9am. I worked second shift at the time and asked about an afternoon availability. I was told that it would be an additional week until they had an opening making the appointment almost 1 month out. I called a competitor and they told me to bring my car in and they would fix it right away. No problem. Cost me around 26 dollars and 10 minutes of their/my time. It was an easy fix that I feel Creekside could have done within 10 minutes. Also, drove by once to see a 100,000 dollar car sitting on blocks in the parking lot with no wheels on it. I would not be happy if that was my vehicle
Very very disappointed......wheel bearing replacement one month ago.....lug nuts not tightened and wheel came loose....then had to have wheel bearing replaced again one month later!
John and Chris are always willing to help no matter how big or small your automotive issues may be. Lisa is always friendly and ready to help. Local or out-of-towner, they will treat you fairly.
The mechanics at Creekside Auto are efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and very kind. I highly recommend this company. You will not find a more honest auto mechanic.
