My pick up was missed and I could not get ahold a person to talk to and I report it on the app and it said it would pick up next day and it wasn't pick up until following week

To date only used the standard trash removal. You offer so many other services, I am confident in the quality of service should I need it. Excellent.

Awful. Constantly missing pickups, and rescheduling, You can’t reach a person when you call. But don’t worry they will continue to bill you.

Them not picking up my garbage is becoming an on going problem. Customer service is there for a pay check and that's it. They are not willing to help very unprofessional, very rude, ect. We got rid of them and now have WOLFFS. I honestly wish I have known about them long ago because they are GREAT. The lady I talked to on the phone was such a sweetheart willing to help and got us started on services immediately. They have never failed to collect our garbage. So if your looking for EXCELLENT SERVICE CALL THEM, I promise you wont regret it.

The garbage pick-up crew for 3rd Ward of DuBois, Thurs night into Fri morning left a cardboard box that was neatly stuffed with other cardboard boxes of toys from son's birthday presents and folded/broken down soda boxes. It was placed with the normal trash, they've picked these up before. It was clearly with the trash and was just left there. Very poor and lazy service.

The entire process from start to finish could not have been easier and their Customer Service is superb. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Auto pay billing is a nightmare. You still get bills and no pay notices. Service is good and on time. The yard waste removal that you pay for without a choice is billed all year and picked up only during grass mowing season.

Doesn't pick up on time. Called and they rescheduled pickup. Never came. Called again and was told my road was a sheet of ice, its not, so rescheduled again. No pickup! Called and was told the driver logged it as picked up. I said no it hasn't been picked up but the lady said they have to go by the driver's logs. Worst customer service ever.

My pickups have been less accurate than usual. We have had pickups 1 or 2 days late occasionally. This may partly due to the bad weather recently. Service has been good over the years. December 2025 update. Service this year has been excellent. We have no issues, and appreciate WM.

This is a summer camp used from April-October. We don’t take trash to this shared site for 5 months so don’t know why we are charged for year round use

While it was hard to find out how to get in touch with an agent to apply for a temporary stop to our service, once I was able to talk with someone thew request went through very easily and quickly. Customer service representative was excellent!! Service throughout the year(s) has been excellent. Thank you!!

Terrible. They do not pick up your trash on time. They never pick up your trash on time. They don’t refund you when they’re supposed to. You can never speak to an actual person. You have to wait on hold for an hour. It’s terrible.

Canceled service by adding a cancelation letter with what I thought was my last bill. After contracting with a local service at significantly less cost, I got a bill from WM for the months following my cancelation. There was no method to cancel service online (which is stupid in the 21st century), and it wasn't clear how to cancel. I called WM, and was told cancelation could only be done via phone call. She wouldn't cancel the fraudulent bill, so, over a couple hundred dollars, I will NEVER use WM again.

WM does a good job with trash HOWEVER they do a horrible job with recycling. they consistently throw it in the trash. we have spoken to drivers n messaged. there is absolutely no way to speak to a person at WM

For three consecutive weeks I have had to call to have my trash picked up I am on auto pay for my monthly bill so they do not go without being paid so why am I not getting what I am paying for? AND then they were supposed to pick it up today and we are auto paid up for the month and they still have not picked it up even after 25 minutes on hold to talk to someone that CONFIRMED that it WOULD indeed be picked up today…it is still at the curb sitting there. They have the WORST customer service, no accountability for anything and refused to reimburse me money.

WM went to their own refuse containers for trash removal . When they did so they provided one container with a possibility of getting another container for free if you needed one. But it’s virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone to get a second container you’re always on hold. for hours and there’s never a correct option to get the container.

My uncle passed away and I had to cancel his service. I was transferred 7 times, had to repeat the same information over and over again. I was on hold for over an hour before I finally talked to someone who could close the account. In a time that is already stressful and painful, the lack of customer service was ridiculous. I never thought canceling trash service would be the most time consuming process I have gone through in handling his estate. Unbelievable!!!!

My service from WM is very good , and the few hiccups have been when they have a new or temporary driver's. Always on time, a few late days but rare. WM corrects any problems immediately if I need to call them. Weather delays are also rare. Driver's keep area clean. A quality company!

Very poor business practices. Request for pick up’s go unanswered. Drivers claim dumpers were emptied when they have not. Invoicing sent out for services not rendered. Do yourself a favor and find a different disposal service. Waste Management will definitely disappoint!

I want to take a moment and say that WM does a great job at servicing our garbage needs, they show up on time every week, they do a great job getting everything out of the can and also leave the can in an upright position with the lid closed afterwards. Who ever the driver is on my route goes above and beyond, even getting my trash can from the house when I forgot it one morning. As for customer service Whitney is fantastic very nice to talk to and very willing to help solve any issues you run into. I will continue to use WM for my garbage needs for years to come.

My garbage wasn't picked up. I called the company; the first two times I was disconnected. I filled out the online form. I was told they would get back to me shortly. I called every hour, but they never got back to me. After six hours, I called again. The woman I spoke to was able to handle the problem and my garbage was picked up the next day. You have to find a better system for dealing with your customers!

This is the worst of company i have ever dealt with. I have no idea why they are still in business. Incompetence, dishonesty, refusal to complete the task which you paid them for. They will make excuses and lie to you at every turn. They will make it impossible to contact them, and discuss the problem. They refuse to pick up my garbage simply because they do not like the location of my house. The drivers drive right on by, and then lie about it. They say"excessive vegetation" or "too far from the pickup" whenever they don't want to stop. This is making customers lives incredibly difficult. They simply do not care. They are lazy, and they feel like they can do whatever they want. The problem is really at the supervisor level, whoever gives directions to the drivers is not doing their job. You need to start firing these people or you're going to lose your company. Laugh all you want WM, your days are numbered.

Highly do not recommend. Didn’t pick up our garbage for 3 weeks straight simply because the driver didn’t look at the house number to confirm it was the right address. Sat on hold for 2 + hours on two separate occasions to cancel our services (which took the lady 3 minutes when they finally did answer). When we submitted for a missed pickup, we were told they would pick it up a few days later and never did. When we asked for a refund due to no services being preformed for us we were told they don’t do refunds considering a driver was sent to our address regardless of the fact our trash was never taken. Very disappointed.
