The guys here got me tires as quick and good priced as I found, also got them swapped out in a very timely manner, good guys and good work. will continue continue to go to them for any automotive needs.
Starting October of 2023. Phones Plus was in extreme need of assistance with our vehicle fleet north of Pittsburgh. There are absolutely no reliable companies near Shelocta Pa. This is now December 2025 and I can't even tell how many vehicles John and his shop have repaired, towed and resolved issues for us. We even purchased more work vehicles. He picks vehicles up and drops them off. He is a phone call or text away. Keep up the fantastic work. You have a life long customer sir.

Me and my buddy were driving down to Ohio and our alternator was starting to fail. They were able to quickly get a new alternator and install it in under 2 hours. The owner was really friendly and even changed the oil as well after asking! I’ve always heard horror stories about mechanic shops, however this place is anything but. I will without a doubt come here again if I’m ever in the area.
John is a great mechanic, I've known him since high school and he's always been very knowledgeable and willing to help a person out. I brought him in a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD truck that had been sitting for years and he replaced all the brake lines from front to rear along with new calipers, brakes and rotors. He was upfront with what needed replaced and didn't try to take advantage of a person like most other shops.

I can’t say enough good things about J Livingston Auto-PA LLC. I broke down just miles away from the shop—two hours from home—completely stranded. I had never met Jay before in my life, but he welcomed me in like I was a regular.
He took the time to personally figure out the issue, diagnosed it as a crank sensor problem, and—miraculously—had the part right there on another van. Talk about divine timing. He got me back on the road the same day and made sure I was good to make the trip home safely.
Jay is not only a top-tier mechanic, but he’s also an amazing human being. The kind of guy you hope you run into when you're in a tough spot. I’m beyond grateful for his help and honesty. If you're anywhere near his shop and need work done—he’s your guy.

Broke down on our way home from picking up a coffee trailer. Thank the Lord we broke down where we did instead of the turnpike. Pulled into this shop and with full bays the owner decided to take us on outside and gets us back up and on the road in an hour. Praise the Lord!
