Dropped off an Uber Walmart order and the woman was very rude. Uber orders are meant to be dropped off on the porch. She came out and said “what are you doing? this is a business those need to go inside.” It’s not my job to bring them in your place of business, only to drop it off. Can barely park in the lot, and poorly plowed. Kindness goes a long way.
I dealt with them through the wheelzy company. Very responsive and timely to come get my car today. The gentleman was friendly and I got cash on the spot for my car that I was mo longer able to drive.
Be real sure you get the correct item when you buy from them...a battery in my case....NO CASH REFUNDS...SO in other words YOU PAY for their mistakes!!!
On eBay they showed a mirror for door mirror for a 1996 Cadillac El Dorado. I purchased the mirror and it was delivered but I didn’t attempt to have it installed until a few months later.
I called to notify them it was not the right item and they said because it was longer than 30 days they would not help me.
I don’t even know what vehicle the mirror is for so I can’t re sell it.
They inaccurately label their inventory and do not remedy their mistakes.

These people did an awesome job helping me! The office manager was a lil spicy but Dwayne helped figure things out! Mike, the flatbed driver was great! Arrived in a timely manner. I highly recommend dealing with Campbell's Salvage yard.
I was trying to purchase a transmission from them on Tuesday and they said they had one and would take it out the next day or Thursday at the latest. i called back Thursday and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and told me that it will be done when its done and hung up on me. i would never go back here ever
Scrapped a car, tow driver was very nice and helpful. However, when I reached out about help with making sure penndot knew the car was scrapped, the desk lady said, and I quote "well were not gonna contact penndot I can tell you that." She could've been a lot nicer about it and maybe pointed me in the right direction.
Called and asked about a vehicle when they opened and couldn’t even tell me whether or not they had the part let alone the car. Wasted my entire day telling me “they call me back and let me know.” Extremely unprofessional and will never get my business. Do better.
Always done business with Campbell's! Everyone is so friendly and nice! Prices r decent...recommend paying cash or check...no card with all the charges!!
The employees are respectful and fair with what they are paying you for your vehicle you want to sell. They're great about coming to pick up where the vehicle is sitting at. They also pay you in cash the same day they pick your vehicle up.
My last 4 vehicles that died and had no life left in them they come pick them up at ur house hand u cash and they take it must have title for it tho but overall a great group of people to work with
What can I say it is a junk yard. I called about parts they sent someone to confirm availability and then called me back with a quote. A few hours later the parts were ready for pick up.
