I’m very dissatisfied with this garage. I took my car in to get some exhaust work done Greg did a good job the first time the second time I went back to have my cats put on the welding was done incorrectly and was leaking. Took it back a second time For them to fix did incorrectly went back again to have a radiator and the gentleman had to cut away my radiator fan which now causes noise call them about that. They pretty much said oh well during the process of replacing the radiator the fluid spilled into my alternator cause my alternator to blow up brand new wall just put on for days before .Told him about it didn’t even try except any responsibility for it or any financial responsibility then I was yelled at by both mechanics and was told I don’t know s… . I don’t know what I’m talking about after I had a master ford mechanic, tell me that was the problem with the alternator , don’t go here
Often we hear negativity about auto repair shops. Not at Dixon’s. Honesty, fairness, good work, and integrity are few words to describe this place. I have been there several times for auto repair and have always left satisfied with the work and price.
Greg is a very hard working, knowledgeable mechanic that puts his customers needs 1st..his prices are very reasonable..i definitely recommend dixons garage..Fred is also a very knowledgeable mechanic tht works with Greg..awesome fellas and very down to earth!
Always willing to work with you for whatever you need. Offers custom pipe bending and alignments as well, which are hard to come by around here. Reasonable pricing.
