Jenkins has become my go to shop for anything vehicle related. Very knowledgeable, skilled technicians, and totally reasonable pricing. Despite staying busy with other customers they always get me on their schedule quickly and repairs are done promptly. No complaints at all, 10/10 repair shop.
Truth in business and throughout life is essential! This is a family approach to success which Jenkins lives up to with every customer. If they can fix it, they do(and most everything)and if not, will suggest where to go for the next quality phase of repair! Don't take you for your wallet either!!

Went and had pa window sticker done and they were so nice and friendly at her place is done like all old time service station reminds me of place that my grandfather would go and it made fill good and reminded me of him thanks for keeping it old school
I picked up a screw in my tire and needed a tire repair. Professional website with chat feature, told me to call French and that he probably would fit me in that day.
I called French and sure enough he said to bring it in at 1:30 pm. (Was about 9 am).
Took Jeep down, they got to work on it right away, short time later, done with a great price. Tire is no longer losing air.

French and his family have always been great to me. I'm from Erie, PA. When I needed a PA inspection in 2011 while going to school in Morgantown they directed me to a dealership in Greene County who does emissions inspections, which Erie County required. In addition, they directed me to Poor Man's Tire for used tires that fit my vehicle at the time. I lived as a WV resident for 7 years before making my way up to Smithfield to live with my boyfriend. Turns out my housemate has been dealing exclusively with Jenkins for years. Naturally, upon reregistration of my vehicle in PA, I went to French and family for new rear brakes and rotors and my PA inspection. They do quality work, are efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind. I'm quite grateful.
I came with my boyfriend to get his car inspected. We were done before his appointment was even supposed to start. Amazingly fast and friendly service. Fairly priced.
I've taken my truck to Jenkins a few times. Never once have I ever left there feeling like I'd been taken. His prices are fair, he has integrity and to be honest I trust him with my vehicle. That is something very difficult to find these days, especially in a mechanic.
I highly recommend Jenkins, and have to all my friends and co-workers. You won't find a better place to have work done IMO.
