I’m a Tier-1 buyer and long-term Range Rover owner who recently attempted to purchase a 2019 Range Rover Sport (72,000 miles) from this dealership. While the vehicle is presented as meeting a "new car standard," a forensic audit of the history and the dealership’s own records revealed significant mechanical liabilities.
The Facts:
Documented Service Gap: The vehicle’s Carfax and Online Service History (OSH) ends at 63,040 miles. This means the required Major 64,000-mile Service (Spark Plugs, Ancillary Belts, Hoses, and Coolant Flush)—a $3,700 requirement per Land Rover North America—is 8,000+ miles overdue and remains undocumented.
Superficial Reconditioning: The dealership’s "thorough inspection" consisted only of an oil change and a "pad-slap" (installing new pads on unmeasured rotors). When I requested millimeter (mm) measurements for the rotors in writing to verify safety, the sales team refused to provide them.
Avoidance Tactics: When presented with these specific maintenance deficiencies, the sales staff resorted to vague marketing "fluff" and "no-negotiation" scripts rather than addressing the $5,200 in deferred maintenance I would be inheriting on day one.
Verdict:
Any savvy buyer should approach this specific vehicle with extreme caution. The dealership prioritizes profit over mechanical accountability and transparency. I have moved forward with a different vehicle from another dealership that actually possesses a documented service history. Shop around and do your homework!!
UPDATE: The dealership’s reply confirms exactly why I walked away. By dismissing Carfax and Land Rover’s Online Service History (OSH) as “vague,” the dealership admits they chose to ignore documented maintenance gaps rather than address them before listing the vehicle for sale.
Furthermore, stating that they “refer known issues to the manufacturer” is a definitive admission that this vehicle was never truly reconditioned by their shop. They are essentially a pass-through lot for high-end SUVs they aren't qualified to service.
A "transparent" dealer would have provided the micrometer rotor measurements I requested three times or performed the overdue $3,700 Major Service before listing the car at a premium price. Instead, they’ve confirmed that any buyer of this unit is inheriting 8,000+ miles of deferred maintenance and a "good luck" referral to a Land Rover dealer.
It is clear this dealership is more concerned with maximizing their profit margin than ensuring mechanical accountability or the safety of their customers. They are effectively asking a premium price for documented neglect. My advice remains the same: Perform your own forensic audit, because this dealership clearly hasn't—or they simply hope you won't!
Buying a new vehicle is a big step and can feel overwhelming. I had the best experience with All Things Automotive. Very professional and personable. They were not pushy in any way. Kaleb was phenomenal to work with. We first met with him on a Saturday evening, and even though it was closing time until we finished up we never felt rushed. After pondering the purchase over the weekend we easily contacted him first thing Monday morning to hold our new Jeep Sahara. He made the process so easy and painless that we were able to drive it off the lot on Tuesday. Unfortunately it required some minor service, but they quickly arranged this and took care of the problem. They completely stand behind the vehicles for sale on their lot. We were completely happy with the car buying process at All Things Automotive from start to finish.

Truly the best and fastest service I’ve ever had. Professional, accommodating, and kind. When I asked to change my new tire appointment to accommodate for an upcoming snowstorm, they did it with a smile. I was out in an hour, driving safely with great new tires!
I highly recommend ATA! I was visiting family in Fulton County and my vehicle needed towed. From my first call, both Patience and Matt, the service manager, were beyond amazing! I was treated with respect and Matt went above and beyond to figure out the issues with my vehicle, called to talk over the situation, and was extremely honest in telling me that Honda had a service warranty that would cover my issues at no cost. He arranged for an early tow back to my home dealership for them to make the repairs. If you’re looking for people who you can trust, and you know they have your back, call ATA!!

We drove out from the Pittsburgh area to look at a vehicle we had found at All Things Automotive. Was it worth the drive? 100%!!! Caleb and Hannah were both absolutely wonderful to work with, answered every question and were never once pushy (always drives me crazy.) It was the ONLY time purchasing a vehicle where I felt as if it wasn't me trying to negotiate the best price, but that the team at ATA were trying to find me the best price and working for me not just with me. Had a really smooth experience buying my first convertible/sports car from All Things Automotive. I picked up a Mercedes-Benz E-Class E550 Convertible, and Kaleb made the whole process easy. I was driving three hours to get there, and he had everything ready ahead of time so I could be in and out quickly.
He sent extra pictures and videos in advance, answered all my questions with full transparency, and even spent time after the sale helping me figure out all the features. He also checked in with me afterward, which I really appreciated.
The manager was also very helpful and personable. At no point did I feel pressured—they walk you through the whole process, offer honest advice, and make sure you’re comfortable with every step.

After the car was delivered, I noticed a few minor scuffs on the bottom of the front lip/bumper—nothing major, just signs of previous use. I brought it up, and management didn’t hesitate to offer to cover the cost of paint correction. That kind of follow-up service really says a lot.

I had been looking for a Canyon Denali with the Diesel for a while now but they were hard to find nearby in decent condition. This dealership is absolutely amazing! I purchased a Rav4 Adventure in April. The negotiations and transfer were smooth and fair. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
I meant to do a review earlier but life got busy. 6 weeks after buying the car I had some issues. The rear differential malfunctioned to a cost of $4500.
Shalee and the management team agreed to cover the whole cost to repair and worked it out with a Toyota dealer closer to me. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this! They clearly didn't have to pay for this but told me they thought it was the right thing to do!! Amazing... I recommend this place 100% if you are shopping for a car.

From the time I called Whitney inquiring about the truck up till purchasing i have never had such an amazing experience with both the people and the truck i was buying. Whitney made the entire process so relaxed and comfortable. They kept there word and after leaving a deposit the truck was still there a few days later for when we scheduled me to drive the 2 1/2 hours to look. The video for this truck taken by them showing the good and bad was not the typical hide the bad show the good
They showed an honest and almost too enhanced detail of the cosmetic damage. When i got there i was pleasantly surprised add they worked with me to find a good price that we were both happy with. Relationships have started to become more priority in my life and i can tell this is thier priority aswell. they were all very intentional about the relationship. Such a blessing from start to finish. I even got the opertunity to pray with the manager Roman and have a little fellowship and reflect on the goodness of God. You couldn't plan the way everything went. Yes I bought an amazing truck and that's really all they had to do. But honestly because of the like mindedness I got way more then a truck. Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I purchased my 2018 Ram Sport about 2 weeks ago from All Things Automotive at a good price. My salesperson Whitney was great. She had everything done by the time we drove out there. We did a quick test drive about 45 minutes later we were out the door with a full tank of gas. I chatted with Roman too. He was super nice as well. I signed in the wrong spot on some paperwork and they were kind enough to send Gerald out to me to redue it. Mind you I'm 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Gerald was awesome too: If I'm in the market again All Things Automotive will be the place for me.
