I want to start by saying Courtney was on it. She helped me during my hole break down on the side of the road processes. She knew exactly what I needed to solve my problem. She found the part right away without me having to keep explaining. And the Beauty of it all was that her husband was there to help me out as well. He came to the rescue by delivering the part for me. He was very helpful and had every tool to get the job done. All I can say is that without these too I probably would have still been stuck on the side of the road. So I want to thank them for the great service they provided to me . Hands down I recommend you to come here and get what you need. They have the best customer service I have ever received in the auto industry. Come and check her out she won’t let you down. Awesome staff that gets me whatever I need with a smile on their face!! (Well most them have a smile) There is couple that could use an attitude adjustment but I just avoided them ones!!

Awesome store, has been great for various parts from starters to belts and everything else...one thing i am not so good with....wiper blades apparently, but kari(or carrie idk) not only helped me figure it out, but she done it with nails!!!!

I use Autozone for nearly all my parts. I always get good help from them. The young lady on duty was very knowledgeable about vehicles and familiar with the store, instantly TAKING ME to the items I wanted, NOT just saying "back in isle 5" to leave me struggle some more. I appreciate her!

New friendly staff seems to be picking up on a good and pleasant environment and no 20 minute wait for checkout or help .. Great job today.. Chambersburg store Also!!!

Dave went above and beyond his job to assist us with a battery problem He is a very good employee/manager!

We went to get a part I like auto zone people are so friendly, normally have everything we need. Today we go three clerks are working the front. Ones working register ones multitasking. The third was doing nothing. So I walked up to the one not working and ask where to find my item he points. Over there he said never offered to help. As we walked out buying nothing he never acknowledges us. The two people who were working told us have a nice day. We never found the item. We went elsewhere.

Some fairly competent individuals , but unfortunately a few people better suited to be clerks at a grocery store than a parts counter.

Had to stop urgently on a Sunday evening while traveling on the PA turnpike. Logan was very helpful and kind. Def recommend.

They are great at mcconnellburg store PA. NOW THE CHAMBERSBURG STORE SUCKS . I AM HANDICAPPED. I NEED TO BARROW A TOOL JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR THEY SAID NO WAY . BUT YOU CAN BUY THE TOOL YOU NEED . I DONT THINK THAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR COMPANY . VERY NUD

A very nice fellow helped us out in our time of need. He probably wasn’t obligated to (we were totally inconveniencing this man, to be clear), he replaced our rear light lickety-split. This was a 9am on a Thursday, so I don’t have any idea who this guy was but he was great.

David and Dan have made my experience at auto Zome the best David was so kind to help our van hose get fixed even in the rain ! He made sure we got back on the road and that was awesome they did a awesome job helping me out truly going above and beyond with your work

Me and my wife was driving from arkansas to New York when My truck broke down and it was towed to auto zone in mccconnelllsburg pa, besides finding the part I needed I was helped to install by the Maneger of the store and helped jump started after store was closed,it was a bad experience , but we met wounderfull people along the way!!!

Was in there today to find a spline lug nut Key for my Civic and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I won’t go anywhere else because of that fact. I can’t remember the guys name, but I hope he gets recognized for his efforts! ?

Excellent costume server! Really nice people, came forward to help us with our radio problems even tho it's not part of there serveses, all with a smile and joke. The manager, David, give the vibe that he will be happy to help with any problem of your car.

We came to replace an old radio for a new one. David was amazing, he helped us with everything and explained every step so we know what to do. Even though it was not in their field of expertise! In addition he even helped figure out what to do with our battery and fix a small problem with it. The energy in the store is great and I'm pretty sure they'll be able to help you with every problem or at least tell you where to go! Thanks a lot for everything!

Chis is a gem. Helped us replace a battery on a trip from Michigan to Philly on a very hot August day. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You saved our vacation!

Today My Car broke down in Mcconnellsburg PA my Battery died. Thank goodness I was near an Autozone. I had to walk a good ways but when I got in there the employees were very kind. John waited on me and helped me pick out the right battery. Then he offered to install the battery for me...I was so relieved. On top of his kindness his manager Bill gave him permission to drive me and my battery back to my car to install it..to realize he didnt have the right tool. We go back..get the tool and John took it upon himself to get the computer to check my alternator (which was thankfully fine) just wanted to give a huge thank you to the team there and had to post a review as its the least I could do for all that was done for me on this cold day. 5 out of 5 stars definitely!!

David and Dan are top of the line!!! They took the time to explain and help me with my car issues. If you are in the area these gentleman won't let you down! Also Heather was very pleasant in her initial welcoming

I did not feel safe while shopping in this store. Not one employee was wearing a mask. To make matters worse; I wanted to ask if they carried a product, and the one employee that was available was coughing all over the place not covering their mouth. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I recently broke down on this past Saturday and had to repair my truck in the parking lot of the McConnellsburg Pa store. Nicole and crew were very helpful and understanding. Nicole even offered time go pick up parts they didn’t have in stock at another AZ. Top notch!!!

Store Mgr David was incredibly helpful today…I had 2 rear lights out and David figured out it was due to a broken fuse and replaced it for me along with 2 broken brake lights. Was very appreciative of David’s knowledge and quick friendly service! Strongly recommend!

I was at AutoZone today and Erin replaced my light bulb in my jeep grand Cherokee.. She took the time to see why my check engine light was on.. She was very pleasant and helpful.. Great personality she made my day better.. Can't recommend her enough for what she did.. Customer service was well beyond than any I have received..
