I have been a new customer to Red Barn Auto Repair over the past month. Tom and Jeff have done several repairs and services to my Nissan Frontier.
Including replacing a sensor that failed on me, wheel alignment, mounting and balancing new tires, replacing front brakes and rotors
And a full spark plug and coil pack change.
I have nothing but good things to say and a quick turn around time. The wife and I will use Red Barn Auto Repair for all of our needs. Highly recommend

We absolutely love Red Barn! It's the only place in the area that I trust with my car. They are not only great people with very reasonable prices, but they do almost everything except transmission work. I have never had any issues with anything here and they are so quick too! Our car broke down on our way from Ohio to Philly for a conference. They gave us a lift to pick up a rental car, and even though the shop was very busy, they were able to squeeze us in for diagnostic work while we were at the conference so that we could make initial decisions about next steps quickly. Hands down, all around, a fantastic experience. Had brakes, rotors, inspection and an all around checkup. Everything was done and was extremely affordable. My 1996 El Dorado broke down, tow truck driver recommended Red Barn Auto. I'm happy he did. Tom diagnosed the problem, fixed it, very reasonable cost. Haven't been here since the blue moon auto days. (2013 probably), but every time I came I know I had a great experience with great customer service, great times, and great prices :) would recommend this to anyone in the Perry area. Would def go here if they had one in Fort Myers, Florida!

This is the most honest and affordable shop I have ever dealt with. So glad I took the chance and tried them out when they first opened up as I was looking for a new "go to" shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Allow flexible drop off times with good communication. Also one of the best places for fair pricing/not tacking things on.

My son took my car to RED Barn auto repair today Sept 1st. We were both very pleased with the service we received. I had an inspection oil change and tire rotation.I wasn't charged for tire rotation . This place is much more reasonable in prices compared to other local businesses. Tom condemned my tires for dry rot. 2 independent mechanics and myself verified no evidence to that effect. Don’t get it
In lieu of red Barns response, my faith tells me to bring controversy to light, so this experience is not negative. I’m sure Tom is a well qualified mechanic as are many including those I encountered. I’m glad the public knows there are no set standards, but instead personal opinions. Red Barn Auto is new in our neighborhood, so this is my first service encounter with them. I sent Tom the opportunity to order and install the tires, but got no response, leaving me to shop around, which in turn learned significant discrepancies with tires. The mechanics i saw still operate service for 70 years and 30 years. It’s fine to be extremely scrupulous if that’s your nature, but not right to demean others.
I had a minor issue I could not pinpoint that needed looking into.
They were able to get me in and find it. Then showed me what it was before moving forward, which I appreciated the most.
Very down to Earth and nice. I'll be going back.
Red Barn Auto was able to figure out exactly what my Jeep needed and didn't charge me for anything unnecessary. I appreciated their honesty and that they were able to get the job done in one day.

Red Barn Auto is family owned and operated. I don’t know them personally but once you leave you feel like family. Tommy and his wife are polite, honest and efficient. He keeps you updated the entire process and is very fair with his prices. I always took my car to BMW dealer because I was afraid to trust anyone else with it. Tommy is an excellent mechanic and body man. I have taken my vehicles to his business in McKeesport for a decade and never had an issue. Repairs are always professionally done at a fair price. The right way. Glad that he opened this new business and will use his auto services again for sure!
