Well to be honest it's a shame to say The people aren't ignorant or anything but most of them have no clue what's going on Don't look on eBay and other stuff to look things up not too many there's a few of that might know about car parts but they're some that don't which hope you don't get them cuz it makes it frustrating but the one guy out usually get at the counter Little chunkier guy but he's got a great personality
They were very helpful to me. They checked my car battery and were very nice also. They were knowledgeable and efficient. I give them a five star rating!
Best company hardly sells what you need and they're very high on their prices when you can go somewhere else and get that same part for cheap and reasonable I think you should check your prices from other stores before you just said a high price for one item and the stores need to start hiring people that know more about vehicles and have done mechanic work in their life because there's a lot of workers that does not know anything about cars and are working there and are not very helpful
I have been here about 20 mins, in that 20 mins, 3 employees have been outside to smoke and or vape, standing in the doorway! The (I'm assuming manger) pulled in and within minutes was outside smoking, not sure how anything gets done when so many people are on smoke breaks at the same time. Was also givin the wrong advice,glad I didn't listen and waste a bunch of money and time. Needs new management and would probley prosper.
Worst advance I've ever been to. I thought that wasn't possible but they proved me wrong. And there prices are higher than one of there competitors on about every part In the store
Shout out to Linda this morning. Not only did she save me quite a bit on brakes and rotors; she was able to offer advice on every item I purchased. Very knowledgable and honest. This chick deserves a raise!
Their policies about not refunding anything electrical, is a bit much, I guessed my wife's engine liter size, having only two choices an my expertise pushing on that gas pedal a little bit to much makes her car run too well,so I guessed a bigger liter an got it totally wrong I just bought a non refundable coil pack still in the unopened sealed box

Called to price parts. Associate was very polite and patient. Took time to get me the best price, shipping cost, and est. delivery date. I always get parts and tools from this location and never had a problem.
Issues returning a part that was unused and purchased the day before, even with a receipt. After calling corporate, the issues were suddenly taken care of.
