Towing business needs alot of improvement
Was in a accident Aug second 2024 they towed my vehicle told officer told them to take my husband home from Colvin rd on 88 in pa and we live on sigbee road my husband told tow truck driver while he was on phone about the car that was on the flatbed how much to drop it he said my husband will half to call garage or go in he couldn't he was busy on phone with his boss and dispatch he had a couple of seconds don't take that long to drop it and collect cash
But instead he took all way back to tow yard when he was near my place and could of dropped it on bottom of hill and collected payment my husband had it in cash that day I hope the owner can see this
Brake pads and inspection done within an hour. Thank you for helping keep my car on the road and for reassuring me my rotors are fine and don’t need replaced.
The most awesome driver ever, showed up with in the time estimated to pick up and tow my sisters out of state van in Dilliner, pa to the nissan dealer in Wv. Thank you Jim, you were a very sweet, kind and gentle man.

I have to select at least one star. Nice that you declined AAA requests that do not put much money in your pocket. AAA should cancel your contract with them because it seems that you do not do jobs that do not make you a lot of money.
Cancelled my towing request on a Saturday afternoon. AAA needs to find a way to cover this area without relying on these guys. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Horrible!!!! If Triple A ever tells you that Mike's auto will be the tow company plan on them never showing up! My son waited from 5:15 pm until 9 pm and Mike's never showed. In fact the tow truck driver named Bubba called triple A himself and cancelled on us! He said he showed up when he didn't. Bubba kept calling my son and saying he's not allowed to tow a vehicle from a dealership. The next time he called he said he's not allowed to tow a car that's been fixed and runs. Then he called and asked if it could be driven up on the truck! I've filed a complaint with Triple A in every department possible and I called and let Mikes auto know that their drivers are incompetent. Bubba lied to Triple A saying he couldn't find the car (when my son was sitting there the whole time ) and cancelled the tow and he also lied to his employer Mike and said he towed our vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would.
Mike's Auto is the only place my whole family goes to for all their vehicle services. They are down to earth family owned service center. They are very knowledgeable and most importantly reasonable. You can trust their knowledge and expertise and have confidence that your vehicles will receive top-notch service in a timely manner. Great job, guys!
I called aaa sat night in uniontown pa and told them I had a dead battery. They said Mike's Auto would be there in 1 hour. I called back 2 hours later, And aaa said Mike"s would NOT be coning??????? Sunday morning Jobi's called and said they would be there in 15 minutes. They arrived in less than 15 minutes, charged my battery, And even followed me to Auto Zone. Thank you Jobi's for GREAT SERVICE.
Towing prices is outrageous. They had my car for weeks and didn’t even get it fixed. I paid over $1000 before they told me it couldn’t be fixed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Was supposed to tow a vehicle between 6 and 630 PM. Showed up at 530 before we got home, and canceled the tow service and refused to come back and tow it. He said that the time was an estimate and it was our fault we were not there when he showed up way too early. Then hung up on me.
Great service! Drivers were very helpful and friendly when they had to tow our car on Christmas Day! Arrived an hour earlier than the ETA which saved our plans.
