My husband went off the road during a terrible snow storm. I messaged Josh and within 20ish minutes they were there to help him get out. Fast, friendly and efficient. Would use them again if needed!

They always do a thorough job each time Ive went, Cody’s always willing to work things in around my schedule. Repairs/inspections always done in reasonable amount of time. Good communication back and forth on repairs.

Took my car to them to reprogram the ecu to the cluster and all the do is charge me for diagnosing the problem witch I already had done by more then 1 person and they broke my ignition switch out and now my car won’t roll over or nothing
I have gone there a few times I will never go back, I took my car there because it had no heat on the passenger side ,the mechanic flushed my radiator2x times without even consulting me ,then when we did talk he told me That’s what he did and he was going to do it again. and for that my bill came over $400. He never even told me how much it was going to cost. So BEWARE and ask prices before you go there , I never had a mechanic that did not discuss it with you,before he did work , and of course, they insist that he did call me. No, he did not. I have no reason to lie. So I did Pay them, We now have a mechanic that lets us know before any work is done on it.
Absolute physcopaths flipped out on me demanding payment from me 225 dollars to pull my truck outa a situation that wasnt even that bad at 9pm at night he freaked out when my roadside assistance was covering the bill but the old man wouldnt listen to a word i was trying to say just kept swearing and threatening to take my truck when he wasnt even supossed to touch my truck without callin the dispatcher back about the price Absolute scumbags that i really hope ill never have to deal with again and i feel sorry for anyone that uses their "services" ... since i cant respond to their comment and their attempt to down play the situation they flipped out and wouldnt let me call the road side assistance to figure out what was going on as they told me there would be zero out of pocket expenses to me hence why i have very good insurance so i dont have to pay for "mess ups" but instead of saying okay sir yall screamed and threw a fit like children and made threats that were very ignorant and not needed but you couldnt see that through your tempertanturm of rage far as im concerned this company pulled some very shady work and based off their other reviews im not the first person they tried to absolutely screw
If I could rate a 0, I would. Very shady characters running this business. I get we live in an economy with ever increasing inflation, however, they have no right to steal money out of a vehicle they handled.
I'd give a 0 but I can't. The state and them screw good people over. A good buddy got into a accident with my purple beauty and they won't work with me at all, I'm going thu a tuff time and neither did there job correctly from the Laws and facts I've learned, they want almost 2000 and I can't get important papers from my vehicle I didn't even wreak. But they need there money, my kids and belonging apparently are priceless to them.
Towed my vehicle 3.5 miles for 410 dollars the next day I needed to get it asked the owner how much he said he didn't have it off the flat bed yet so the next day same thing same thing Monday finally after charging me storage and tow for 410
