I purchased a 2018 chevy traverse about a two weeks ago great vehicle but it a defective seal in the differential I contacted the warranty company who referred me to 801 Motorsports& Repair Inc. When I contacted them Kim answered who was very pleasant and welcoming I explained my situation to her. Which she was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me and kept me informed job well done thank you guys

Chris and his guys are passionate about good customer service. Kim is very professional and excellent at following up with maintenance issues. If you use warranty companies for 3rd party repairs these guys advocate great for their clients. Forget about the "Stealerships", I meant to say, "Dealerships"!!!
I can't say enough good things about this mechanic shop! The expertise here truly shines, especially when even the dealerships can't figure out the problem. After my car had been to the dealer multiple times with no solution, these guys pinpointed the issue right away and fixed it at a fraction of the cost the dealer quoted. The staff is friendly, professional, and honest, always explaining the repairs in detail without trying to up sell unnecessary services. Highly recommend!
Who is the customer who gave a one star to the best shop in town? The first time you call, you are greeted by the most amazing and nicest lady (Ms. Kim). I personally met the owner and this man is as nice and as humble as they come. I received a call in no time with video support explaining my exact problem. I received a very detailed quote. However, after evaluating my options, the age of the car and the repeated problems with the engine, I decided to not repair the car. The reason why I decided to write a nice review is because I don't only believe in the currency of money. I also believe in the currency of kindness, professionalism and honesty. As a Google Local Guide, I encourage everyone to give 801 Motorsports & Repair a chance to work on your car. You will not regret it. Please tell Kim that Sory sent you.
I have NEVER been to a shop like this where I can trust my car is being looked at properly and taken care of and not get bamboozled. Everyone there is so nice, so knowledgeable, so courteous, I can go on! Kim is a literal angel and the rest of the team is the exact same! I will never go anywhere else with my cars. If you are lucky enough to find this place and bring your car here, you hit the jackpot! I will never be able to thank them enough!
I've never used this shop but my best friend recently has. He had a set of high performance summer tires installed on aftermarket rims and he reports their shop and service to be beyond exceptional. I have a background in automotive mechanical engineering and he has worked in a classified capacity for well over a decade in the assembly and maintainence of military fixed wing fighter planes and rotary wing transport aircraft. We both grew up as and continue to be avid motorsports enthusiasts with experience on tracks across the nation and time spent behind the wheel of high end exotics around the globe so needless to say our standards and expectations are way out of this world. He insists I visit the shop which I plan to do shortly. Until then, I trust his word and based on his testimony alone, I can confidently give this shop 5 stars sight unseen.
Very friendly, stay in touch, great communication, make sure everything was done correctly before giving me my vehicle back to me. Did an amazing job with transmission and getting other thing done. I highly recommend this company!!!
Let me start by saying Chris and all the guys are great and the communication is top tier. I use this shop because of my car’s warranty agreement with them, but will use them even after it expires. I live on the complete opposite side of the city and have had excellent service/communication/and just overall kindness from this mechanic without ever stepping foot in the building.
Chris is great with keeping you in the loop with your cars updates whether it’s via telephone or email. They work promptly and efficiently and even go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed with their service. Thank you guys so much!
My transmission went on my vehicle, all the shops around me said that it would about a 3 week process. MotorSports had my car in and out within 2 weeks and that's only because it was Thanksgiving week, other than that I would of had it back within a week. These guys are great and awesome customer service and communication. They call you and update you on what's going on.
These guys are no normal shop they go the extra mile and don’t take advantage of their customers. I did a warranty claim (rear shocks) and they had my car in and out! If you need a shop that is for the people DEFINITELY COME HERE!!!
