After my vehicle was towed, I attempted to contact the company using the phone numbers listed on their flyer and website, but neither number worked. The address listed online indicates Marcus Hook, while the actual location appears to be in Linwood, which caused unnecessary confusion. Online, the business is listed as operating 24 hours a day; however, this is not accurate. In reality, the company does not appear to have consistent or clearly defined business hours.
When trying to retrieve my vehicle, I was given three different business hours by three different individuals, none of which matched the information listed online. No one was able to provide a clear or honest answer regarding when the business was actually open.
When I arrived at the location, the building signage identified the business as “Ralph’s Auto Services,” not First Choice Towing, making it unclear whether I was at the correct place. There were no posted office hours or clear customer service area.
When retrieving my vehicle, I was charged additional fees that were not clearly explained and that I believe were improperly assessed. I was also given conflicting information about ownership, with multiple individuals identifying themselves as owners while also stating they reported to someone else.

My car stalled randomly last night in the middle of a BUSY intersection downtown off Callowhill. I was completely stranded and didn’t have my jumper kit on hand. I’m so thankful for First Choice Towing, I wish I got the drivers name so I could thank him personally. He happened to pull up behind me and didn’t hesitate to help. I would have been SOL without his assistance and I am so lucky the timing was right. I will 100% be holding onto his card and if ever in need again will call on First Choice.

Cut several cars off and nearly caused an accident on route 13 in New Castle, DE. Had FIRST CHOICE TOWING LLC on the drivers side door.
Driver needs to be pulled out of the vehicle and take a safe driving course before they hurt anyone.
Called at 3am and had a truck to me within 15-30 of calling for a rear tire blow out, they got all my business from here on out, I got a lowered car and specifically asked for a flatbed and this company sent me one the first time not a different type of truck. They took there time loading my car and made sure I got to where I wanted with no hassle. Definitely give them a call anytime of the day if they were quick in the night they gonna be as fast in the day

First Choice Towing was there to help me when I was blindsided by another vehicle. They were not only the first on scene but more concerned of my well being if I was ok. I get people are out to make money for their business, but the level of professionalism and care and the comfort I received is what made me feel comfortable. They made sure my vehicle was taken cared of and made sure I was able to get home safe. I recently had the pleasure of using First Choice Towing for a tow when my car unexpectedly broke down. I was dreading interacting with a tow company given my prior experiences. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful experience that I had when Andy responded promptly to my call, gave me an accurate estimate of when he would be out there, and made the process as painless as possible. I appreciated how he spoke to me every step of the way and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation in any way. He was a pleasure to deal with and if I am unfortunate enough to have to need a tow service in the future I will absolutely call them and recommend them to anyone who needs.

Very great professional service… Today 10/4/23 my 2016 chevy Malibu just out of nowhere shut down on I-95 Southbound in Chester Pa I was so so so overwhelmingly scared I called every tow company voicemail and dial 911 but anyway I called here this guy Andy helped towed me back home to Delaware he said 20mins I swear he was there in like 10mins… thank you so sincerely please call for roadside assistance service was very fast!!! PS had a very clean vehicle too because most trucks are dirty and smelly!

Their service was great and got my car towed within 30 minutes of calling them. I was stranded on the roadside earlier this month at PA-NJ border. We waited for another towing company to come and tow my car. A super nice Cop guy came to us and checked with us to see if we are good. We have been waiting for a while so the Cop recommended this towing group (thank you nice Cop guy). We didn’t call this company because the other company gave a cheaper quote. Unfortunately after waiting for 3.5 hours and not getting our car towed, we called First Choice Response! The guy came within 30 minutes - towed our car to a further distance for a flat rate of $140+$14ish tax. Thank you for coming at 1:30 AM and getting us off the road! Appreciate all the towing you guys do and for helping people.

It really should be everyone’s first choice! Very professional, quick to response, drivers are very polite and respectful. Towing a car is not a very pleasant experience but somehow these guys made us feel better and secure. Compare to their competitors they are inexpensive and really the best!
