My grandmother was here for a month and they took nice care of her. They got her stronger and started her walking sooner than we expected. Marvin her CNA was a really respectful man who gave exceptional care.

I like Westgate they care for their patients Dawn the CNA took nice care of my aunt. Jessica in guest services helped us learn the tv. The rehab got her up and moving fast with a speedy recovery.

This is a really nice facility. Staff are nice and attentive to my mom's needs. I told my friends and family members to send their loved ones here for good care,.

ZERO STARS for the nursing center. We've seen some bad senior care facilities since my mother's assisted living journey began in 2023, but Westgate Hills is the worst! My mother ended up needing nursing care after developing a pressure wound, so we had her transferred to Westgate, sight unseen. At first she was in the rehab wing, the "decent" part of the building. That's what you see in the photos online. But she was quickly moved upstairs to "long-term" care, which is a total dump. We paid an EXORBITANT amount of money for a room she had to share with a roommate, a bathroom reeking of urine shared by 3 people, beat up old furniture, walls that need painting, and a dirty floor. There's no dining room to speak of; my mother had to eat all her meals in her bed -- for 3 months. They repeatedly lost her clothes; my sister finally went down to the laundry and found some of my mom's things. There were a few nice aides, but many of the staff are not native English speakers, so communication was often challenging. The nurses were dismissive and ignored me as long as possible when I would go up to the desk or while at their carts in the hallway. You can't reach anyone in the administration by phone -- they don't have voicemail set up! We immediately started looking to get her out of there. We requested that Westgate send my mother's clinicals to a different facility, so we could get her to a better place. However, it was as if Nathan, the administrator were holding her clinicals hostage. Her paperwork just never made to the other facility, even though he told me to my face that he sent it -- multiple times. It was so bizarre. He created so much difficulty around sending my mother's paperwork, that the other facility gave up trying to assess her. Luckily I found another assisted living residence and explained the struggle I was having getting her paperwork sent. Thankfully, they assessed her without the clinicals and we finally got her out of Westgate. I feel sorry for the people who live there long-term.

The Dr's, therapists, and some of the nurses are great. However the other ones look at you as "just a job," and not a patient. I will add that I don't think an hour of PT/OT is enough time that is sufficient to recover. The staff don't care if you're trying to sleep. They carry on like children. Also, they try to cover up their mistakes. (No administration, I'm not taking it down like you asked me to last time.)

I like this rehab they took god care of my mom. She’s doing so much better since she came here. Staff is helpful the lady Jessica was so sweet in the service department.

The staff here are really nice and took great care of my grandmother. The business office Victoria explained the insurance details clearly so we could understand how her care was paid for. Jessica in guest services was always so helpful every time I came there. Her CNA Dawn was wonderful with her care. Her rehab recovery went well and she’s doing good.

This place is pretty cool. My dad was here for rehab, they got him walking from a wheelchair to a cane. The lady at the front desk Jessica knew exactly what room he was in. That was impressive.

It was a nice place clean and the people were friendly. My family member was there for rehab and now she is getting stronger everyday. Stacey from guest services gave us a gift the first day we arrived and that was very welcoming.

I friend husband is a patient at Westgate Hill, I am very impressed with the services they provide to their clients. Not only is the place serene, the staff’s are caring, attentive to the clients and show respect to the family concerns. I highly recommend this facility to care for your love ones.

This is a very nice clean facility. I felt comfortable leaving my mother hear for rehab. They took such good care of her and she’s making great progress.

I'ma be honest I've seen enough places to know this place is actually somewhere you can feel safe and comfortable Housing a loved one. If you are present and advocating they are always willing to work with you to give the best care they can. In today's world that is a blessing. One thing that could be better is the ability to get in contact with the nursing staff directly to check on a loved one. Thankfully, I am close enough to visit and talk to them in person.

This is a very nice nursing facility, They take great care of my uncle and I feel so happy and comfortable that he's in a safe environment. The staff is friendly and the lady Stacy from guest services was very nice and helpful.

This nursing home provides exceptional care. The administration team is incredibly responsive and supportive, and the nursing staff is highly professional and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Westgate hills has taken great care of me during my stay. As one the only physical rehabilition center that allows pd patients in my area they are a godsend. Professional staff that responds to any and all problems quickly. The food is on point and the building is clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who need skilled nursing.

My dad was here for rehab for about a month staff was friendly and helpful. They took good care of my dad. I would recommend other family members and friends to go here for rehab if they need it. They were so nice.

Today My family got to meet the Social Worker and Physical Therapist to answer questions that we had for our concerns and care for our daughter for what we were looking for down the road for our daughter. We just want to be on the same page so hopefully there are no miscommunication or information not being clear for our daughters well being. Hope things work out for our daughters recovery.

I could not be happier with the decision I made to come to Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center This Facility, I would give it a 10 star if I can they took such good care of me from the nursing staff to the Therapy staff they were the best I have ever seen. The facility is super clean and the food is hot and delicious. I would highly recommend display for anyone looking for the best Rehab In Delaware County

Our aunt has been at Westgate for the past two weeks for rehab after a lengthy hospital stay. The fabulous PT staff have really worked well with helping her get back on her feet. The entire staff have gone above and beyond to be kind and helpful, treating the patients like family, which we appreciate. Thank you Westgate.

Monday, November 17th 2025 will be my last day here. Everyone has been amazing. From the front desk to the Nurses and office staff on both shifts. Physical Therapy always had smiles for everyone. I've luckily never had to be taken care of and HELPED in a facility like this so I had my reservations on my way here, but after my first full day here all my worries were gone. My thanks to everyone who helped get started on my road to recovery at Westgate Hills.

My mom has been at Westgate Hills Rehab for a little while now, and overall we’ve had a really good experience. The nurses and aides have been kind and patient, and the rehab team really pushes but in a supportive way. The place is clean and feels safe, which gives us peace of mind. You can tell the staff y really care about the residents. We’re grateful for the progress our mom has made here.

I don't enjoy the fact that because the daytime staff doesn't see me visit my mother often, they ignore me while talking to my sister. Marge and Diana both were doing it and it was rude. My sister gets there a lot because she's retired. I have two jobs and when I can get there, it's in the evenings. I am the daughter who was able to get her admitted initially and used to visit often when I could.Tell your staff to stop making judgements about family members, and stop being rude. Speaking directly to the person and looking them in the eyes, asking their name, is a good way of showing respect and doing their jobs. The front desk lady did the same thing. Everyone else was very kind and inclusive.

My visit to Westgate Hills Rehab was absolutely wonderful, with an incredibly welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. The facility was clean, bright, and beautifully designed, with cozy common areas and a lovely outdoor garden. During the tour, the compassionate team shared details about their engaging activities program, showcasing their dedication to residents’ well-being. To top it off, the freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a delightful treat! I highly recommend Westgate Hills Rehab for its exceptional care and warm, inviting atmosphere.5 ⭐️!!

Westgate Hills is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, fresh, and welcoming environment. The facility is spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with a sense of comfort and care. The staff go above and beyond they’re not just professional, they’re genuinely compassionate, attentive, and caring. You can tell they really take pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat every resident like family. The administrator runs the building incredibly well ,everything is organized, smooth, and resident focused. There’s a real sense of teamwork and high standards throughout the entire facility. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Westgate Hills sets the bar for what nursing care should look like. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality care for a loved one.

My stay was brief - just 3 days following my total hip replacement surgery, but I am glad and grateful I chose Westgate Hills. The nursing staff, PT/OT, social workers and support staff were fantastic. The only complaint was the food which I had expected from former reviews. Overall, I felt heard, supported and encouraged, and made a couple friends too! Thank you for making my healing journey such a positive one!
