We have been doing business with autzone for years and year and it has always been amazing with their help and knowlege. Tamara, Doug and Rose have always been amazing to work with. It is always a pleasure doing business with th glenolden location.

Bryan was so helpful and kind! I had purchased a battery here 2 years ago and recently my car has had a hard time starting so my husband and I took it over to have them check the battery life. Little did we know, you get a 3 year warranty when you purchase a battery here! Bryan got us our new battery and even put it in the car for us. Thank you Bryan!

Great customers service from an older gentle man...

Rude customer service. Ive been here plenty of times but this is the first time I Spoke to Brian on the phone. He made me feel I was wasting him time for not knowing the (part #) i was looking for, so that i can make his job easier.... it took 30 secs for him to search the part I was looking for. I guess I'll apologize for not being knowlegable(dumb).

Bryan researched a few different car battery options for my vehicle. He then provided  a solution that helped me get back on the road. I appreciate his attentiveness, concern, and knowledge of the different battery option types.

They made me wait for 20 minutes, they were so uninterested, where were you? I was going to throw the stuff on the table and leave.

Use the bundle deal: but two rotors get brakes for free. Well bought two for front wheels and two for rear wheels, four rotors total. Which I got two sets of brakes free. WELL MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. DONT TRUST THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They gave me the rotors but two sets of back brake pads. Went to exchange them but already had rotors on car. Would not give me my full credit so had to pay full price for brake pads, which should've been included with my first purchase. Then they didn't have the ones I needed in stock had to go to another store half a hour away, and that store gave me a attitude like it was my fault.??

This place was very helpful Akef one of the guys that worked there even went over in behind, he made sure I put the right solution in my vehicle and also did a diagnostic test to make sure everything was ok and I appreciate that.

Spent over 400 dollars on batteries for them to tell me they couldn't install it cause the coolant was in the way....except you don't have to even touch the coolant to put the batteries in. A simple google search or youtube video a 5 year old could find would show them this.

Amazing customer service by Bryan and Emilio! I am from Maryland, working in the area. My car battery was acting up, I brought it in and Bryan (who is hilarious) checked it out, found the issue and even made sure I knew that it was still under warranty (which I did not!) The battery was not in stock HOWEVER when Emilio overheard this he went right to the phone and called the Folsom location (2 miles away) and checked to be sure they had one, and let them know I was on my way. They printed out the info and I was off to the other site where Antwan had the battery waiting, and installed it...I didn't pay a dime! If you are in the area and need anything, go see Bryan and Emilio. Even if they can't fix it, they will point you in the right direction. Thanks fellas!

Absolutely 5 star customer service from this establishment, a young man named Amillio helped me find the exact muffler and exhaust pieces to help me diy my own exhaust setup. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I recently purchased windshield wiper blades from Brian at this location. It was fast and easy. After the purchase, he offered to put them on for me. The whole process was great. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location.

I desperately needed a battery. I left my car running while I went into the store. (Doors where locked) I went to AutoZone. I bought a good battery and Bryan installed it!! Stopped in this morning right after they opened. I was helped by Tamara L. My check engine light wouldn’t turn off and in a matter of minutes Tamara completed a diagnostic and let me know what the issue was. Not to mention replacing my keyless remote battery. Tamara was very helpful and I appreciated everything she did today!

Needed to see why my check engine light was on. Gentleman was very knowledgeable and nice, assisted me with it, and printed out the code that came up. Was very very helpful

Carmen helped me out today with my battery. And I made it to work on time! I'm so grateful for AutoZone and their employees. They really are there for you when you need them. All employees deserve a raise for all their hard work and great customer service. I don't use any other auto store because I always get great service at any AutoZone store. Thank you!!!!

being an independent, home garage based auto repair mechanic/business comes with the reality that when i need certain parts - i do not have the luxury of pulling them right from an on-site warehouse…making the prospect of same-day repairs a likely difficult task…which would leave me without customers & ultimately without a business when stacked against the surrounding big name auto makers with fully stocked shops….this is one of my neighborhood autozones. the manager - Ken - consistently goes well beyond the scope of his job description & undoubtedly - his pay grade - to ensure that i can do my job efficiently - & that i have the tools & parts & anything necessary to do it well. having worked many a retail position in my lifetime - i can appreciate the value in having a good management team to support good employees. I came in with a - somewhat - difficult situation & was in a bind & - usually against all of my rules - had unfortunately stopped in close to closing . Bryan showed no sign of irritation-like i have unfortunately come to expect from 3301 aramingo & 2425 aramingo at any given time of the day - not just close - & i appreciated that he made me feel welcome & that regardless of time or issue - we’d figure it out. The issue called for management assistance & Ken was working on something in a separate part of the store & Bryan walked all around the store - outside, inside - just to find him to help me with my concern…. it wound up being funny as Ken wound up pretty much right in front of us but somehow we both missed him haha. I really appreciated that & have not gotten service to that level at another store that comes to memory. Every employee was well beyond respectful & helpful despite the time & my concerns were all resolved & Ken went out of his way to make sure of it. I appreciate that more than words can do any justice to as i was in a very stressful position & needed to take care of it before the end of the night. On my way out - another employee turned back around to hold the door for me on my way out. smiled & said thank you when they all could have been irritated that i came so close to closing with a time consuming issue. but they didn’t & i appreciate the amazing customer service. thank you to the guys (& gals) @ glenolden autozone. i am glad this is my home store. i would recommend this store to any of my friends, family or colleagues. the staff is professional, kind, educated, thoughtful, friendly & attentive. an exemplary group.

Stopped to purchase oil and wiper blades, I was helped by Ken. His hospitality knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond is commendable. He not only put on the wiper blades but took the time to show me exactly how they should be installed and recommended changing them as the season changes to winter and also advised on the appropriate blades. I will pass by other automotive stores to come back to this one. The reason is simple "KEN"! ?

AutoZone is good for vehicle parts in a pinch and they also have friendly staff. They are a little bit on the expensive side however. Still, they are a necessary convenience if you don't have the time to purchase a less expensive part online or order it from a vendor. Quick note... AutoZone gives you around 10$ (give or take) credit for returning old car batteries as well.

Needed a new battery for replacement in my key fob. The manager spent a long time trying to get the old battery out for me -- and they were relatively busy at the time! I'm so grateful for the assistance because I'm not mechanically inclined. Charge? The cost of the battery -- less than $8.00. Thank you so much for your help and I'll be back with other basic car needs.

Jesse (customer service rep) did a great job in helping me with my needs. He attended to my needs quickly and efficiently. Great Worker you guys have! If I had a business of my own, I would definitely hire him!

This was probably one of the best customer service experiences ever all thanks to Corbin! Even after it was the end of his shift he came to help me with my car down the road. He even checked everything out on my car AND found what was wrong with it. Went above and beyond my expectations. From my experience with his help I can tell he always puts the customers first and cares about our needs! Thank you Corbin! Highly recommend this AZ.
