Thank you so much to Robert the tow truck driver. He arrived super fast after two other tow truck drivers left me sitting on the side of the road for hours before canceling. My battery was on 4% when he showed up and my sanity was on 1%. Robert saved the day! He ensured that I got safely to my destination and went above and beyond. Sometimes a good person comes along after a terrible incident and saves the day and that was Robert. Thank you so much Robert!

First I will start with the positive. They responded quickly. The driver was very professional and pleasant. But that is where the story ends. When the vehicle was dropped off, the emergency break switch was not longer there, Somewhere between being put onto the flat bed and the dealership, the button disappeared. I called Countywide and left a message. An hour later still no call back. So, I kept calling and calling and calling. Finally, I just tried pushing extension numbers. This worked...EXT 402 answered right away. I advised the "gentleman" who answered the call of the issue. He IMMEDIATELY went on the defensive. He wouldn't even let me describe the what happened. Demanding that I needed to prove it was there before they took the car. Well if I had my crystal ball I could have taken a video of the switch prior to the incident. But my crystal ball was in the shop. He then stated that "you are not the customer" and demanded to speak with the elderly woman that I am helping. She is too frail to be subjected to his strongarm approach. He wouldn't even have a rational or reasonable conversation. Just yelled and dtried to assert authority over me. I do not respond to such arrogance and returned his fury in a like manner. Undoubtedly, he will be hearing from someone who may be a little more influential and may lear that this is not how to treat a customer. With an attitude like his I cannot imagine how this company has such a high rating. If you need a tow, avoid this company. If you are using roadside assistance, make sure they are not assigned to your tow.

Mike from countywide towing is not happy with my review, calling me a liar. I do need to make one correction, they did call me back after leaving messages, three days after the vehicle was returned from the dealership.
Then Mike has been calling me and calling me. After the fourth Harassing phone call, I have decided to seek legal assistance and press charges for harassment.
Mike is very aggressive, unreasonable and would not let me explain the situation, or even answer his questions. He’d ask a question and talk over me.
Too bad he’s the owner because if he weren’t I would be having a talk with his boss.
Horrible service and chipped my rim. They was denying this with new damage to my wheel once he drop the car off and I noticed this obviously is new damages with chipped paint showing it’s damages that just happened. Look at the paint chips on the wheel still showing paint particles on the wheel.
I was in a life threatening accident, and stranded on a busy 95, and Ed rescued me. He was quick, beyond professional, and went way above the expectations of a tow to help me. Ed even risked his own life on the side of the road to retrieve parts of the car that was halfway down the interstate. Ed would not even allow me to tip or buy him breakfast and shared that this is his job. I hope the owners are reading this. Please give Ed a bonus. Thank you, Ed!!!!
Received the service through Roadside Assistance. Received a text with the time. 3 hours. Rental location closed at 1 and arrival time was not until 1:40. Gave very specific instructions. None were followed, the car was picked up without me there, no keys and they didn’t stop at the rental location which was 2 miles up the road in the direction they were going. . When I called with the Avis supervisor his response was that he was already left with the vehicle and was long gone. He would not come back to retrieve the keys and now I’m stuck with a $300 fee for not returning the keys with the vehicle. Thank you! Right before the holidays!?
Car broke down in fridays parking lot (which later found out was my fuel pump) called a bunch of 24/7 tow companies I saw on google some answered and said somebody would be there in 20mins and the driver would call, some said they didnt have a truck in my area or any available at all or not any til 7am. Came across county around 3am they answer sounded professional on the phone, driver was there within 30mins called got to my mechanic shop quick and safe reasonable price would definitely use again
I utilized this business for two of my husband’s projects: emptied a house for us and two dump trailer rentals. He came largely on time and his price was great. We talked through pricing where we both were content. I have referred him to another client who has used him for trash and dumpsters. Will continue to use him.
This was the quickest and most professional towing company used. They were on site within 15 mins and moved my car effortlessly from my driveway. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future if needed. The driver was extremely polite and communicated well.
Had a truck break down on 476 after a late job, mike answered the phone after hours, and came to save the day. He was there in a timely manor in his heavy wrecker, and provided top notch service. With a fleet of 40+ trucks, they will now be our go to for any towing needs in the delco area. A+
I was driving my mothers car and broke down and needed a tow and countywide towing came out - the driver Don, was very nice, respectful and got my car to the garage without a hassle!! Thank you countywide for your fast response and all your help!! I highly recommend countywide towing!!!
I rated them high based on the respect but the tow guy loss my key and told me he absolutely put it in the overnight drop box. My key was in the parking lot. Sent picture to his boss and never heard from them again.
Stranded on the side of the road. Called and they had someone there in less than 10 minutes. Got me where I needed to go for a fair and reasonable price, with friendly and excellent service.
Broke down in the middle of a busy intersection and the state police helped push me to the shoulder. Not an ideal spot during rush hour. Explained to roadside assistance I needed someone there with a sense of urgency. The 1st company the provided were no shows. Countywide knew the hazard and made time to be there in 15-20 min. They were nice, had clean modern equipment and got me to my desired shop in 30 min. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
This company was contracted by a constuction company to relocate my car to a legal parking area. Instead, they dropped it off in a "no stopping" zone where it received two parking tickets and was towed to an impound lot by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. They could not even tell us where they parked our car, didn't retain any paperwork on the cars they moved. We searched for hours. When we found out they towed it to an illegal parking spot, we called and their unprofessional response was, "Welcome to Philadelphia, sweetheart." Both the police and construction company were very unhappy with them. Do not hire this company. This is a "no star" rating. The post wouldn't go through unless I highlighted a star.
A driver abandoned one of my trucks in Philly. Mike to the rescue!!! Very reasonable rate on retrieving the truck. Absolutely my go to guy if Im in need in the area. Thanks Mike!!!
Great service. Motorcycle left me stranded in a bad spot and this company came through and got me home. Very friendly and professional. Took great care with the bike and went the extra mile to get it back in my garage. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Countywide Towing & Hauling, great reliable service, reasonable prices, professional and courteous staff. My truck towing my racecar trailer broke down on the highway. I called several companies and the only one to respond was Countywide Towing & Hauling. They were able to get my truck towed to the repair shop and my trailer back to my yard. I recommend them 100%
Great service, sophisticated equipment, and affordable! The driver was promptly assisted our disabled truck to its destination on a helpless Sunday. He was very patient and detail oriented; followed our directions to make sure our truck is accessible for repair in a very tight parking spot. Highly recommended.
