Helpful in the End My car was towed here after an accident, and I spoke with Mark about getting my belongings. At first, he came across as not very accommodating - sort of a my way or the highway type approach; I understand everyone has their own process. Once everything was sorted out with my insurance company, though, Mark completely turned things around. He was kind, professional, and went out of his way to help us locate and retrieve my belongings. I could tell he really cared once he understood the full picture. I’m grateful for how it ended, and I hope in the future that same compassion comes through from the start — especially for people who’ve just been through something difficult.

Mark at luongo’s was accommodating, fair and friendly! He really went above and beyond to help me. I had a good experience working with this company for my automotive issues. And will use them again, if I ever need to!

Was behind their tow truck driver today (see photo, large truck) 08/19/2025 at around 5:45pm driving like an ABSOLUTE moron northbound on Pennell Rd. from Aston to Media. Tailgating, slamming their brakes, whipping around other cars then speeding off. Even held their horn down for someone who apparently wasn't going fast enough for them then illegally passed them going over the solid yellow line head on toward traffic that had to swerve (that SUV was gong like 45 in that 35 mph zone.) I was hoping that one of those people this clown was tailgating slammed their brakes so they can own that company after the lawsuit. Their vetting process when they hire can't be that good hiring idiots like this. It's gonna catch up to them one day and it's going to be unfortunate for the innocent person/people they smash into. F-minus for Luongo's Towing.

Great Service. Being in an accident is stressful, but Luongo’s Repair and Towing made it so much easier. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to guide me through every step from making sure I didn’t forget anything to making sure I knew what to do or expect next. Highly recommend!

Mark and Steve have been servicing trucks for my business for many years and always do a great job. It's very hard to find an honest mechanic and these guys fit the bill to get down to the point, get it done quick, and do it the right way. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this auto repair shop. On my way to the beach for 4th of July weekend, my car's brake caliber started steaming, leaving me stranded between Lancaster and the beach. I was stressed that I'd miss the holiday with family and friends. Even though they were just about to close for the holiday weekend, the team here didn’t hesitate to help me out. They were incredibly, understanding, and treated me like family from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything, gave me honest advice on how I could still make it down to the beach safely, and reassured me that they'd prioritize my car. True to their word, they started working on my car first thing Monday morning and had it ready by the end of the day. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile was awesome. It’s rare to find people in business who genuinely care, and these guys were simply great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and compassionate service.

Luongo's Towing was exceptional in every way during a very traumatic time. They were prompt, professional, and compassionate. They took everything into consideration and helped calm a very stressful situation. If you need a dependable tow company that takes pride in what they do I would highly recommend them.

With auto body shops and towing services, it can sometimes be hit or miss. Luongo’s is definitely a hit. My wouldn’t turn back on in the middle lane of Baltimore Pike, and the Luongo’s tow truck showed up very shortly after the police contacted them. He even went a step further and diagnosed the issue with my car, which was a faulty battery connection, something that my local dealership couldn’t be bothered to figure out. Needless to say, I will be going to Luongo’s for all my automotive needs now and in future.

Wow! That's all I can say. I have never had my truck towed, but such a great experience with a towing company. Instead of just towing my truck he took a few extra minutes and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Easy fix that got me on my way! Took less money than the tow, and he helped me out. Appreciate that there are still great company's out here like this. Way to go guys! Thanks again.

Luongo’s service was stellar! Couldn’t ask for more. My son’s car was taken care of quickly, expertly and reasonably. I had a car lift delivered to my home and installed. All was also done swiftly with no issues and at an extremely reasonable cost. They are the best!

Luongo's Towing Service was onsite when I reached the very scary looking accident scene involving a family member. They were kind, compassionate and respectful. They explained to me where they would be taking our car and gave me a card with their information on it. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions with great patience. The next day I called the office and Mark talked me through the whole process of what we needed to do, he was very knowledgeable and spoke with calmness in his voice. A couple days later we went to get all of our belongings out of our car. Once again we dealt with Mark. He was thoughtful and extremely helpful. Luongo's helped make a very scary and terrible event better!

My daughter’s car broke down and a police officer referred us to Steve’s. They looked it over promptly the next morning to see if it was able to be fixed. Unfortunately, the transmission was completely shot. They were able to refer us to a Nearby salvage company that was willing to take the vehicle. Very friendly people and extremely pleasant to work with. I would highly Recommend their services to anyone.

My car was hit in front of my house by someone who clearly should not have been driving. The Police said the car had to be towed by Luongos to their yard. The insurance claims department was virtually no help at all with what was going take place with my car and thankfully Mark at Luongos was able to explain to my husband and I what we should inspect. My husband and I were able to get our stuff out of our car, which the insurance company never kept in contact with me about. Thank you Mark for all your help.

I had a great experience with Luongo's. They were helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. Mark was really personable, and ultimately figured out that our car didn't need the repairs he had originally suspected it would. Instead, he just replaced one of the tires and we were on our way. Very satisfied. My daughter was involved in an Accident in Aston. Car was towed to Luongo's. Very nice people who took the time and effort to explain the accident/insurance process and what to expect. Let me clean out the personal belongings from the car. My experience with Luongo's towing was a little different, not with towing but with helping to re-register and title our 2000 Honda Accord. The entire staff at Luongo's Towing & Auto Repair were extremely professional and very comfortable to work with. Steve Luongo worked directly with me to work through the unique steps to get our favorite car that was Totaled in an accident but I was able to buy the car from the Insurance company as Salvage, have it repaired the and then with Steve's help get it re registered & Titled. Luongo's Towing & Auto Repair and all their staff are highly recommended. Thanks Steve.

My son was in an accident after which the car had to be towed. The police called Luongo's towing who arrived quickly and proceeded to get the car onto the flatbed and secured. The following day, we arrived to get some forgotten personal items out of the car and was told they were already receiving calls from the vendor that our insurance company works with to have it towed for a "total loss appraisal ". After speaking with Luongo's multiple times, I'm so happy that they continued to impress upon me that the insurance company works for me and I can have it go where I wanted it to. I called the insurance company again and now they are sending a field adjuster instead. Just hoping for a repairable estimate outcome and not a total loss outcome. Fingers crossed!

These guys are all-around awesome, especially Mark, who handled my issue while I was there. He was sympathetic and extremely helpful with helping my Grandfather and I while we were picking up our vehicle. He was professional and very kind towards my Grandfather which was very much appreciated. It there were 6 stars I would give them that's as a rating. This is a 100% real review from a non-robot. 5 stars well deserved. After a pretty bad accident, my car was towed to Luongo's. I called first thing the next morning, as soon as they opened, and Mark was so kind and so patient with me. He answered all of my questions and then some. This was my first accident and Mark took the time to kindly calm me down and explain everything I needed to know and all the next steps I should take. He even gave me some information about my insurance company and helped me prepare for the call. There are things people are expected to know, and as a female, it's very often we get looked at as if we're clueless. Well, I felt clueless prior to speaking to Mark, but Mark taught me a lot on that call and his guidance helped make all of my next calls very smooth that day. I was prepared for everything ahead. Thank you so much Mark. I am so grateful. When I went to clean out my (totalled) car, Mark and Ron were so kind. They offered to help me and my son in any way but also gave me space and allowed me and my son to take our time and get everything out of our car. They checked on us to make sure we were okay and helped make the process as simple as it could be. Even after we were there about a half hour after they closed, we were never rushed. What great guys they are. Thank you so, so much Mark and Ron. You guys are awesome and I am so grateful for you!

Nothing beats having two cars towed from one accident, but Luongo's towing was there and took care of business for us. Luongo's has been a pleasure to deal with. I don't expect to get rear ended again in Aston, PA, but if I do, I know who I'm asking for!

Quick, professional, courteous yet friendly service. They responded to tow my totaled vehicle & did their part very well at a fair price. I have no experience with their auto repair services, but based on my experience, I'm confident that their quality work & fair pricing would extend to their other services. Will definitely use them again, but hopefully not for another accident! ?
