After having my new Tesla for less than a month a sign in a parking lot dented and scratched the side of my car. Bill gave me the write up for the estimate and spoke to the insurance company. Bill repaired the door on my Jeep Cherokee and it looks brand new. He was able to start work within 3 days of my accident and had it done within a week. Other places were going to have me wait 3 weeks just for an estimate. Since I only went to Bill, I cannot speak to price but I think it was reasonable.

Went to Folcroft Auto Body on The Saturday afternoon of Mother’s Day weekend. Asked Bill about availability to do my Audi’s exterior. It was in rough condition. Bill gave me a great price on what I needed done, and went above and beyond on some little touches I didn’t even ask for. This car is black. Anyone with a black car knows it’s tough to clean and keep swirls away. Car came out flawless. Couldn’t be happier. Bill even texted me with updates of progress and I had it back the next afternoon. I was recently in a car accident, completely losing my bumper, headlight and having my passenger front panel destroyed (along with having my washer reservoir and other internal damage). Before even starting the estimate process, Bill pulled the side panel away from my wheel so my wheel also wouldn't be damaged (something neither of the other shops I visited that day bothered to even attempt). When we got to the estimate I was in SHOCK, the two other shops I went to estimated more than double! The way my car looks now looks better than the day I got it. My new bumper and panel look completely original, the color blended so beautifully with the other panels of my car (even ridding preexisting scratches). Bill even went out of the way to fix a bent corner of my hood that I said not to bother with! Not only is Bill's quality of work is outstanding, he takes pride in his work. On top of that it's evident he truly cares about his customers, giving nothing but amazing service. I can't thank Bill enough!b

Bill deserves all the amazing reviews that his business is getting. My car was involved in a minor hit and run accident at my job and Folcroft Auto Body went way above and beyond what I expected out of an auto body shop. The accident put a hole and gash on my front bumper and scratch on my driver side headlight.After the repair the bumper and headlight looks good as new. Bill even followed me to Hertz to drop off my rental car and waited to drive me back to the shop to pick up my car at the end of the repair. I initially stopped at Folcroft Auto Body because they are ridiculously close to me but if I have another accident I'm definitely going back because Bill is ridiculously good at what he does. I had used Folcroft Auto Body in the past, so when my son was in an accident I called Bill. He did an excellent job. He worked directly with the insurance company and handled my rental. The truck looks awesome, he had to replace the front end and radiator. He went over what would be done with me and explained everything that needed to be done. He estimated the time it would be done and delivered right on schedule. He also cleaned the truck inside and out. I would highly recommend this shop for your needs. I am a highly satisfied customer who will be returning for minor work on another vehicle.

I was hesitant to let Bill work on my 2012 Ford Fusion when it was rear ended and the rear bumper needed to be replaced. After interviewing a few local body shops, I came to realize that Bill knows more about the body business then all the folks with the big fancy shops and was extremely helpful in making the repairs. All the other Body Shops were more interested in making a quick buck and milking the insurance company but Billy actually cares about doing the job right, making sure you don't over pay and further more he does it with a smile on his face. I am glad to know that Folcroft Auto Body is out there for all my Auto Body needs. By the way, my car looks like it just drove off the showroom floor.

Wow! What a beautiful job Bill Cavalier! Bill restored my 2010 Nissan Maxima to factory. My front bumper had horrible scratches on it from a hit and run. My passenger mirror was hit also. It was dangling with a huge hole in it. Bill replaced my mirror and painted that along with my bumper. Impeccable work! Thank you again Bill. I have to add that Bill's estimate was the best I received. I would highly recommend anyone with any auto body needs to go see Bill Cavalier!
