My experience was great. They were very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed as I had no clue what I wanted. It took a few hours to decide and then I had it down to 2 cars. The buying process is easy. They had figured for me in minutes. Met some of the staff in service fixed 2 issues right away and I left with the vehicle that same day. I was hesitant to purchase because I did see negative reviews however there was more positive than negative and you can’t always go off what people say. There could have been more behind the scenes than what they say. There is always 2 sides to every story. Just find out for yourself you might be surprised. I know I was. Keep up the great work.

I came in around 1:20 pm. Picked out a beautiful vehicle and was approved very quickly. Everyone is very nice. The customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to get you a vehicle. Forgot I also received a 65" TV as a Christmas gift. And I'm also getting a new key fob, because the one I have is worn-out pretty good. And it's of no cost to me. The sales team deserves major credit — they were absolutely amazing. They were quick, professional, and went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about how well they treated me on the sales side.
Unfortunately, the service department is the complete opposite experience. I’ve had my truck in multiple times for the same repair, and the issue still isn’t resolved. It feels like the work was never done correctly or cheap parts were used that keep failing. During one visit, they even damaged my hitch receiver, leaving my truck stuck in their shop for nearly two weeks while waiting on parts — with no updates, no returned calls, and no courtesy vehicle offered.
I also mentioned several times that a bulb needed to be replaced, and it was never taken care of. The lack of communication, accountability, and attention to detail in the service department is unacceptable. It’s a shame, because the sales team sets an incredible standard that the service side doesn’t even come close to meeting. At this point, I won’t even take my truck back there for warranty work because they’ve completely lost my trust.
Every part of purchasing was pleasant.
They went out of their way to help us get into a safe vehicle for our growing family.
We didn’t think we would walk in with an old car and leave with a new one the same day.
