We were traveling through the area and picked up a chunk of metal in a tire. Since cars don’t come with spares anymore we were dead on the side of US 11/15 in the rain! The first place we called didn’t want to come out to us. We tried JR’s and he was on his way as we were explaining where we were!!! He gave us suggestions for tire places and was very helpful! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

I used onstar and they chose this company. I'm glad they did because they go to my location extremely quick. They made contact with me very quickly and was very professional the entire time. After dropping my vehicle off, they gave me a ride to my hotel as well. I'd recommend them to anybody that wants great service.
