Upon arriving at the Harrisburg East location, Anthony greeted me, offered water and gave me an estimated time when he would be able to bring me into the office. The website was very easy to navigate, I only had to enter the vehicle info and click on a few questions. I was pleased with the price quote and the ease of making an appointment. This place is very good and their customer service is exceptional. Both Sherrie and Anthony were knowledgeable and thorough. They did detailed assessment of my car and gave me a value. My car was pretty old but I was still expecting a bit more than what they offered. They were actually able to meet in the middle between my expectatation and their offered value and it was a pretty decent price. They also gave me an uber voucher for my ride back home. Their service is incredible and I 100% recommemd this place.
