Absolutely phenomenal service. Came in here at the last minute for a tire puncture and they got it done in record time Morgan was another level of great customer service! Will make this my new garage.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon needing my splash guard reattached, got me right in as a courtesy check and had me out in 30 mins. Simple fix with a straight forward service. Guys here are always helpful.
Paid for a full service and tire rotation. Not only did they NOT touch my tires and lied and said they did (I can tell because of certain dots I have on tires were still in the same spot on the same tire) they also caused my oil pan to start leaking. They canceled my appointment numerous times leading up to this, I understand you guys are understaffed but this is ridiculous. If you can't do it, just say no.
I just love this Firestone! The customer service is great, the flexibility and accommodation is superb! I’ve been here several times and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Morgan specifically is amazing; always funny and interactive. I appreciate immensely the customer service here. Keep up the good work, guys!!
Had a 3pm appointment. It was 3:47 before car was taken to Bay Area to start. It was 5:45 before 4 new tires were finished being installed. The price quotes over the phone before I made the appointment was $790 total price. When I went to pay at 5:45, the price was $853. When I asked about the price I was quoted, the man checking me out repeatedly said ‘I’m not from this store, I don’t know, there is no manager here and if I call a manager he won’t give me any discount codes’. So since we were traveling and from out of town and this appointment had taken almost 3 hours, I paid it. Left the tire shop with 4 brand newly installed tires. Got a 2 blocks away, car tire warning light came on saying all 4 brand new tires were low on tire pressure with pressures ranging 27,28,29, and 29. I stopped and aired all 4 tires to correct tire pressure! Drove several hours and stopped for the night at a hotel. Woke the next morning to low tire pressures (19,22,25,27) on brand new tires! Filled tires again to correct tire pressure! Went to drive car today (have not driven car with brand new tires on one week) with tire pressures 7,7,29,31. These are brand new newly installed tires. Filled tires again to correct tire pressure. I am very concerned that the new tires were not installed correctly or they would not repeatedly lose tire pressure!
I cannot stress how incredible Doug and the rest of the team are! I got a flat tire on a Sunday and was worried that I would be stranded or have to pay through the nose for a tow and new tires. Doug and the team was accommodating and did not take advantage of the convenience in their being the closest option on a Sunday. They took great care of me to ensure all repairs were done at an agreeable fee. Truly amazing people.
This place it's full of disrespectful unprofessional staff. The only professional respectful person in this store it's Morgan. The rest including the store Manager Doug, One of the mechanics name Sean should not be working here at all. This is the one store where the employees do as they pleased including coming in to work under the influence of cannabis. This store it's Joke. Never in my life will I step foot in this place ever again. I will definitely be taking my car as well as my family member's will their car's somewhere where the customer's are treated with respect and priority.
I've been coming to this firestone for the past couple of oil changes and any information on my car that might help prolong the life of my vehicle. Doug at the front desk is super informative and helps ease the mind of a car owner when it comes to issues/questions. I used to live in midtown and now I reside on the west shore and I still prefer to take my car here, rather than anywhere else. keep up the great work everyone! love the firestone family.
I've been taking my cars to this location for many years. They are trustworthy, timely, and very friendly. From making appointments to calling from the side of the road with a flat tire, they are always ready to take care of whatever my car needs.
I’ve been here twice in a pinch and both times they were great ! I docked them a star because they scheduled me for 11am and didn’t get my tires on my car till 3 pm admittedly I made that appointment last minute and they were super busy but the service was still great and they showed me how to get a decent rebate on 1200$ set of tires.
I agree with the reviews saying quick, reliable service at this Firestone location. I needed the 20,000-mile service for an oil change and tire rotation. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and inquire if Firestone handled my vehicle type. I was in and out in about one hour. I edited in the clean and comfortable waiting room. Jake, Eric, and the other Firestone team members, thank you for the excellent car servicing experience Thank you for giving me a Firestone $25.00 off services coupon. I will be back in the fall for my vehicle inspection.
I have always had a good experience at this Firestone! Doug and Morgan are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I have never felt like I am being ripped off. Very reasonable prices. I will keep going for my car needs :)
On one inspection had to leave my car there three separate days. My last attempt to get my car inspection I had scheduled two weeks in advance. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am, then received a phone call four and a half hours later stating they would not be able to get to my car thus day.
I think I spoke with a Doug on the phone to confirm my appointment and services, he was super nice. In store, Morgan was great. He made sure I knew what was going on at all times and what my ETA was in addition to just being a kind person. Price was good, time will tell whether the quality of their repair is good or not! Will use them in the future, I overheard that they have master level techs on staff.
I found a screw in my tire and it was losing air very quickly. I called Monday morning and spoke with Morgan. He stated if I could get to the shop ASAP they could get it done today within 30 minutes! Jake was fantastic getting me all set when I arrived and Madison had it patched and had me in my way quickly as promised!
Had an amazing experience here once again! Firestone, Harrisburg is usually my go-to place for all my car troubles but they went above and beyond today! I had a screw stuck in my tire and they were able to squeeze us in right away. Shout out to Morgan, Jake, and Madison for their quick but efficient efforts in getting my tire patched up and ready to go. The customer service here is 10/10 which is just another plus to their already amazing and speedy services. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car serviced.
I take all my cars to the downtown Harrisburg Firestone for service. The service Reps are HONEST and RESPONSIBLE. They do their absolute best to deliver quality service at a good price. Doug and Morgan and Jake are fantastic.
I have been going to this location for many years and both Doug and Morgan are the reason I continue to go back. Others have come and gone but Doug and Morgan have stayed consistent and with that consistency has come a sense of loyalty to the franchise they remember you they take the time to know you and not just fake know you but really truly remember and know you! Doug and Morgan are a staple and an exceptional brand ambassadors! Without them Firestone would simply be another shop.
I am satisfied with the service that I received and quick service. I had to have tires replaced. The only complaint that I have was that I was told that the tires would be there on a certain day and they weren't! No one contacted me so I showed up on the day that I was told that the tires would be there only to find out that they weren't there as promised! That caused an inconvenience because I had to reschedule and bring my vehicle back! I was also told that I would be contacted when the tires arrived, but I wasn't! So I had to contact them directly. It should have been the other way around if you want a customers business and money. At this point not sure if I will return to this particular location.
I was aware that my vehicle had 2 tires with issues. I specifically requested a certain tire be done but they instead did the other one. The one I requested to be replaced was critical because it’s plugged and has a bubble on the sidewall. Instead they got the one that got a screw in it that was holding fine.
Price was awesome. Installed 4 gigantic tires on my Raptor for less than $100. Added free bean bag balancing kit since the tires were too big to put on a balancer. Labor cost was super cheap, and love that they provide free lifetime rotation. Delivery from Tire Rack for my specialty tires was super easy. Delivery was fast and no problems. The staff, Andy, Morgan, and Jake were all super helpful, very nice, and pretty cool dudes. Thanks!
Morgan, Doug and Jake are amazing! (And the technicians of course!) The last appointment I had, my car battery needed replaced and they went above and beyond to take care of getting a new battery installed before the end of the day, even though they were very busy! Amazing customer service all around, great staff and reasonable prices! I've been taking my car there for years!!
DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE OR YOU RISK PICKING IT UP WITH DAMAGE! I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there and when I went to pick it up, I noticed that they smashed the passenger side front fender. And now, they are denying to take responsibility and fix it. They are CROOKS!!! I wish I could leave Negative Stars!
Well Morgan Harris got me in on a Saturday. My Acura had 2 front tires that needed replacing. My brakes were also causing a hard shudder at speeds above 50 mph. I got a confirmed price, plus Morgan had included 3 special discounts I didnt even know about! My Acura handles like a new car and Morgan informed I should include a wheel alignment since it was slightly off. I'm very satisfied with the service at the Downtown Harrisburg location on 700 N 2nd St!
