Ayala towing came to my rescue in less than an hour after I hit a rock which flattened 2 on my tires. I have road side assistance with both my insurance company and Toyota care. After waiting for over 6 hours, those companies failing to reach me, I found Ayala on Google. They had a great rating which is accurate. I called after 6pm, he answered, and was on the way to help me within 15 minutes. He called me with updates and engaged in good conversation during the tow. This was my first time needing a tow truck, but I believe the price was reasonable, considering the time of day, how quickly he arrived, and the distance to my destination. I am very pleased with the service I received!
I am extremely pleased and grateful that I came across this company. The owner was extremely patient and understanding when he drove all the way to a car to pick up my vehicle which unfortunately was not ready. However, he remained positive and respectful when I had to request for him to come back the day after. When he dropped off my vehicle he was still very nice and a pleasure to speak with.
Ayala Towing deserves a lot more than 5 stars!! Fantastic customer service, fast, and affordable service!! Another towing company fell through and I made one phone call and got response immediately! He was here within a half an hour as promised.
Ayala towing came in clutch. My family and I were stranded on the highway and waiting for another towing company to come. That company never showed up after waiting for 2 1/2 hours with horrible communication and being told they were on the way….. They lied.
I took a chance and called Ayala towing around 1:30am and spoke with Luis. Luis kept his word and came within 35-40 mins. He came prepared, professional, personable, and didn’t drag his feet. I recommend Ayala towing for your towing needs!
