DO NOT recommend0/0. Absolutely Horrible customer service. The lady who answers the phone was very unprofessional, not helpful at all had a instant attitude when all I was doing was questioning charges/fees! Talked to me any kind of way & hung up the phone.
Was in and auto accident vehicle was towed to there shop the office lady called me with a cockie attitude told me I could not get my personal things out of my vehicle not good customer service would not recommend this shop
I’ll firstly start by saying that they did get the job done. They were able to successfully tow my vehicle for me. The driver had no issues doing it and seemed like he had been doing it for years.
My issue was in how they dealt with payment. In my first phone conversation they asked me a few questions to determine my price. The price they gave me was $101 which was reasonable.
The driver waited until 3/4 of the process was over to tell me that the job was now going to cost more due to “extra labor” . If the job was going to cost more, why would that not have been said from the beginning when you could easily analyze the situation. Instead the driver tried to hustle me.
When I called the company to get an answer from customer service, (I wasn’t going to pay him with out confirming with the company first) the representative was extremely unreceptive to what I had to say. I explained to her that I can’t control how difficult the driver thinks the job is. I explained to her that the driver had no trouble at all from my perspective and that the rate should not be able to change based on the subjective view of the employee. (It benefits him to say that he worked harder and it comes at the customers expense and there’s no way to prove otherwise) (imagine how many times he has probably done this for an extra buck)
I ended up paying the driver in exact change but I will not be using these services again for the simple fact that I don’t like to be hustled. Would much rather deal with a straight up company that is overpriced than a liar.
I had a lot of time on my hands today but this happened 30 minutes ago and I’m hot about it.
Very Expensive. Will not release unit afterhours or over the weekend adding on storage fees conveniently. Will only accept wire transfer to release your property.
About a week ago, I had a motorcycle accident. Dingman's was the tow company called by PA State Police. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly and compassionate, asking if I was Ok. He explained all my options and I decided to have my bike towed to their yard. During the drive we were able to have a conversation, and again I found him to be friendly yet professional. Once we arrived at the yard, he again checked to make sure I was ok. They worked well with my insurance company and all was taken care of. The thing that most impressed me was the fact they took the time to recover two "gremlin bells" from my bike and send them to me. I can't thank them enough for that. I highly recommend them.
Awesome company. Car would not start while I was out doing food deliveries. They had my car on a truck and on its way to the repair shop within 30 minutes of calling, and at a very reasonable price. On top of that, both dispatcher and driver were incredibly friendly, understanding and eager to fix my situation.
I wrecked my car. They showed up to clean up the road and tow my car off the street and to their tow yard in Hummelstown. . The lady working at the window when I came to pay my bill was so nice.
A big thank you to Dingmans towing. Your driver was very nice and kind while he towed my car and a ride back to the garage. Your driver informed me of how family oriented this company is and I am grateful I used you for a tow. Will definitely recommend to others!!
Wow! What a GREAT business. I called them due to one of my fleet vehicles being stuck in the snow. I spoke to the owner and he ensured that he will get us back up and running in no time. Boy he was not lying. We were up and running and back on the road quick. I will use this company whenever we are in distress. They provided FAST, RELIABLE and Super PROFESSIONAL services. Will definitely use them again.
I had one of my box trucks break down and Dingman's Towing came out to get my truck to a repair shop.
They were professional and knowledgeable. I will be using this company from now on when vehicles in my fleet are in need of a tow in Pennsylvania.

They are heroes as far as I'm concerned. My mother is in the hospital and I cannot drive. They were able to get her car from an undesirable location to my house despite several obstacles. And to be perfectly honest my mother is not the easiest person to deal with. These people rock.

I am having issues with my car. I called my roadside assistance. Honestly in my flustered state i gave them and the driver the wrong street name. Shawn managed to figure out that i had given him the wrong street name and found me. He was so patient, kind and understanding. I hope they keep Shawn around and if i ever need them again I hope to see this same driver.
