Update: I just saw a viral Instagram video of the guy who towed me getting knocked down by a straight haymaker – and I have to admit, that was pretty satisfying to watch. Overall, I’d rate the experience an 8.7/10, thanks to the instant karma I got to witness!
As a tow company these guys are terrible. There people skills are horrendous. They were going tow my car because I was wrongfully parked in a parking lot. I kindly asked if I could move it and was ignored. I asked how much it was. After few minutes of being ignored as if I wasn't even a person, I was told $150 drop fee even thoughthe car wasnt hooked up. I asked them to give me a minute to get the money and to please not pull my car onto the flat bed as it was awd and it would drag my tires and possibly damage the transmission. They said ok. Ran in and out of my house to get the money and when I came out the car was loaded on the flat bed. When I asked for answers all five guys that are armed with guns thinking they are high and mighty ignored me and no one would answer. All of them are rude and treated me like I was dumb and below them. I would never call them for tow even if I'm stuck in a ditch and they were the only company.
Going to share a little advice I heard about one of your drivers trying to hook a vehicle of a parent going into get food for her family. You are setting a bad reputation for the rest of us drivers. If your going to be a company like this don't be surprised if one of us hook one of your trucks and you will pay hook and drop fees. Being your unprofessional cursing at little kids. Just know most of us know each other and I won't hesitate to hook your rollback and drag it all the way to Grantville. 200 hook up 4.50 a mile 175 storage this isn't how you do our community and I stand w our community
