I called a couple weeks ago and they said they had a part for my vehicle and told me they would call me when they found the part! Well I waited and waited for a return call that nvr came so I called back and they now don't have one lol very professional my ass!!!!
Great customer service! As soon as I arrived at location, they went to work removing a rear hatch door needed to replace damaged one on my 2011 Equinox. In a very short time was loaded up and on my way.
Would highly recommend this facility for used auto parts.
I purchased 2 seats for my Mercedes from this company true eBay.When I checked the site said it fit but it didn’t.So I need it to return both on my cost.Paid for shipping back and for$450 for nothing.I ask them since it’s not my fault to help me with shipping cost but they just ignored my email.Be careful when u purchase from them because they don’t care if u lost 450 $ because incompetent people.Im sure there answer here it’s gone be all kind of excuses as I see the same for other reviews

Two days later, from Harrisburg to Delaware, OH,

These are serious marketers.
The pix were sharp and informative.
There was nothing in my mind saying, "Does it have this, or I wonder how it looks from the back."
These folks simply deliver more than advertised.
The oiled quality with which this company operates reflects well on ebay.

Went to get a front bumper for a Honda Accord and some parts for a truck. Was told 2 days before hand that the parts were all there, we get there only thing left is the cab for the truck. Worker/owners only excuse was “sorry that’s all I can say” “didn’t remember selling it to anyone” like he had no clue where the parts went. And also front bumper was mangled even though he said it was in good shape. Would not recommend and it was a wasted 5 hour round trip for me.
Just a caution, their pictures can be extremely deceiving. I contacted, i'm assuming the owner, on facebook marketplace because I saw there was a completely in tact truck I wanted parts off of. We discussed the parts and the pricing. Sounded like a good price for the parts I needed. I drive 2 and a half hours to this place and introduce myself and what I was there for. The man looked puzzled on where this truck could be and then he finally comes to an answer. We go to see this truck, on the ground, no wheels, no bed, the doors are propped open, no engine, no front bumper, etc. Just completely torn apart. Then I proceeded to ask the man if there were any other trucks with the same make, model, and in year range, and there weren't. All the man could say is, "I apologize," and, "I don't remember getting rid of *said* parts." I drove over 100 miles, one way, to the closest junkyard that had my specific truck just for it to be a waste of more than $40 in gas, but also over 4 hours of my time wasted.
My boyfriend also contacted the same person asking for a part and there was only 1 car there that matched what he needed. Again, the pictures show a nice vehicle and we got there and the car was completely ruined like the truck. If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would.
Great place for oem parts, bought my first part there and the employees so friendly I decided to pay for another part for future pick up would recommend for anyone who needs oem parts to call ahead.
Contacted them several times about getting some front seats and door pulls from a Saab that they had. I had to consistently call back for updates and all I heard were continuous excuses and never received follow-ups or returned calls after waiting 6 weeks I gave up on trying with them and got the seats elsewhere. Pretty disappointed since they are conveniently located.
Response to the pathetic reply this company gave me: There's nothing about how I feel it's just the facts you refused to contact me back after I reached out to you multiple times. Yes it is true I was sent photos and I replied to those photos saying those are what I want let me know when I can pick them up. What I got in return was we'll have to take few days to go get the parts and then never got a reply. As a customer I'm not here to run the business for you follow up is key I'll give you that advice for free. Another piece of advice that I'll freely give don't ever blame the customer which you're clearly doing in your responses to your reviews to try and save face it's amateur and pathetic take responsibility, adapt, create solutions not excuses.
Bought trunk hatch, taillights, bumper cover, and rebar for an Acura RSX. Had it shipped too Michigan. Items where well packaged and received in good shape. Beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend and would use again.
Called the day before driving 3 hours and 20 minutes to purchase a hood for my car. When I got there, the hood was ready for me to pick up. The staff was excellent. I was in a out in 10 minutes with my part.
Called looking for all 4 brake calipers and they were very polite and checked their system for all compatible calipers and even provided me an alternate location to contact since they weren't able to help. I'd give them 6/5 if I could because they were even willing to forward me to another business
Called and told them the wrong part, i called them back and they were kind and courteous about everything. Exchanged the part and been great ever since. Very knowledgeable about the stuff they sell and they fo abova and beyond to make sure you are getting a quality part. I'll be getting everything from them from now on.
Fraudulently advertised a good engine "run & drive" After running a leakdown test before even removing from the pallet found cylinder #3 60% leakdown. At least I was smart enough to pick up where they left off and run a 5 minute test it before installing and lose significant time & money installing to find out the hard way. I was told the $340 return shipping was my responsibility and they would not at all refund it...Unbelievable. Loss of $340 for absolutely nothing ****Update - review changed from 1 to 2 stars for refunding my $340 only AFTER I posted a negative review, but originally had no interest. Funny how that works*****

Made a Purchase and found that It was missing a part. They had terrible Customer Service, nothing but excuses and just down right Rude! A total waste of time!!!!!! Stay Away from these guys! Buyers Beware!
