This company is great. They made sure that a tow truck arrived. Exactly the time promised. They stayed in touch. They where all professionals and warm people.
After waiting all day, the driver came after their confirmed window which was fine since they called an hour ahead of time to let me know.
The purchasing manager then proceeded to cut the original offer by 58%, claiming they had no idea the vehicle did not come with catalytic converters (I told the original person at Wheelzy the vehicle did not come with catalytic converters). Needless to say, they wasted their time and so did I. Will not be recommending this company to anyone in the greater Harrisburg area.

Tower took 3 days to contact me, was also one of the only places near me that would take a car without a title just the registration, everything went perfect and tower was on time would use again

Finally made arrangements to get rid of my old Ford Escape after not using it for nine years. Found Wheelzy online. I filled out basic info about the vehicle and within minutes the offered to pay me as well as towing it away for free. I gratefully accepted the genourous offer. That afternoon they called to schedule a pickup for the next afternoon. As promised, the tow truck arrived as scheduled. The man driving the truck was very polite and professional despite having to change one of the tires before hooking up. (It was slashed). The transaction was beyond easy. I presented the clear title, showed my govt. I. D. To prove I was the owner listed on the title, and was handed a very generous payment directly from the driver.
I would not think twice about using this service. The communication was great, pickup was within 24 hours, they paid more than anyone else offered, and they followed up to make sure I had great service.
I can honestly say this was the best customer service I've had in years.
