This place was very disappointing. The prices are much higher than other shops, but what bothered me the most was the attitude toward Latino customers. There was a clear lack of respect and professionalism. No customer should feel judged or treated differently because of who they are. I will not be returning, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously
They want 600 us for a compressor ac corner of bumper bracket of cascadia and win tail. They dont even know how to negotiate with clients. Over price and nasty attitude. I will not recommend this place i rather go to the dealer and pay 300% the price if is over. Ac compresor online 149 bumper bracket 45 with the corner 100 us win tail 245 o line in total all new less than. 500 they want 600 for used stuff pull out by myself. No thank you.
The most useless and and absurdive shop, I just went there to change the tire but the guy has no patient or kindness I will never recommend to you guys dont go there. Just trust the reviews and do not go there
Was very helpful in helping me find the engine that i was needing I bought a maxxforce DT engine from them without even looking at it and praying that they was telling me the truth about what i was going to get they shipped my engine to Tennessee for me and it exceeded my expectations

These people here don’t know how to work and will try to scam you from your money. They don’t know how to give respect to the clients and will try to make you pay extra for parts and services that aren’t needed. DONT COME HERE
After buying parts for year the old white white man here has no professional attitude treat customers horribly. I’m not coming back. Stay away from this place plus they are over pricing. What’s the point of coming to a junkyard if it causes more than a brand new part

Bought rebuilt transmission and it went out in two months. They won’t honor the one year warranty, and trying to redirect calls, and trying to claim it was used transmission vs rebuilt. They trying to get away from fixing the problem.
Very unprofessional, I came to get turbo and said they will contact me if the the part number is much never call and he doesn’t want answer the phone, bad business . I got my turbo from Hazleton junk yard better customer service and more civilize people work there. lost good customer and fleet owner who you could benefit from
Never buy any “rebuilt” parts from here. Bought a rebuilt transmission for $7200 and it didn’t last a week. My mechanic found 2 teeth missing from one gear and advanced wear on several other gears. They would not give money back and would not honor warranty. They also make you jump through hoops leading you along like they plan on fixing the problem and tell you a different story every time you talk to them. Criminal Enterprise through and through!!!!
This place is the worst junk yard imaginable. All the Employees we dealt with there were racist making sneaky remarks about us even though we treated them with all respect. After over 2 hours of us looking for parts and finally finding they we went into the store to pay the employee refused to sell us what we spend all that time pulling just because we asked about the pricing. He then continued to kick us out which was very unprofessional. I’m not sure how this place still runs like this please find somewhere else to buy your parts.
Never do business with boots and hanks. Bought a rebuild transmission from them that was noisy from day one. thought if I gave it sometime it would break in, but I was wrong the noise got louder so I took it out and found 1st gear had missing teeth. So I took it back and they told me the transmission came from ohio and needs to be shipped there. They expect me to be down for 2 weeks at minimum, I bought it in Harrisburg. Boots and hanks has no concept of how much it costs to have a truck just sitting because of there faulty parts.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced (we have the conversations on recording). I purchased a faulty ECM from them verified by the CAT dealership. The lady refused to do anything. If you are going to purchase from here, buy with caution. Bring your own testing equipment to location, do not get things shipped to you. I paid $75 to have it 2 day shipped. And got screwed on everything.
I had a really good experience here. Very friendly on the phone and on site. I got a rebuilt trans here and was pleasantly surprised to find all new gears inside!
Good people fair prices. I got a very good reconditioned deferential power divider and transport only thing I didn't like is the 3% when paying with cars next time I will bring my piggy bank with.
