Terrible service from H&S Towing.
They promised on Friday to tow my RV on Monday. I waited 3 days, planned everything around them, and today they suddenly said it’s “too much work” and refused to do the job.
Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t trust their word.
We scheduled a tow with this company a day in advance, provided them with pictures, and agreed on a price of $690. At the last minute, they decided to cancel the service without following through on our agreement. This was extremely unprofessional and left us in a difficult situation. Thankfully, another company stepped in right away and completed the tow for even less. I would not recommend relying on this company.
Robert is one of the most outstanding people to work with. Polite, friendly, fair, and goes above and beyond to help. You can not go wrong giving him a call to get your equipment moved on time, for the right cost, and damage free.
