Amazing service, amazing communication. This guy gets it. No bs, no fluff. He gets the job done and more. Will reccomend him to any and all. One man crew that doesnt give you the run around and lets you know anything he sees coming. I cant reccomend him enough. Id give 6 stars if i could. I havent seen the likes of him in this capacity. Just had a great experience with Reyes Towing. I've never had a car towed before but this man was so easy to talk to. I called him up and 45 minutes later he had my vehicle loaded onto his truck and dropped it off at the dealership for repair. He was on time, quick, and charged me exactly what he said he would charge me during the initial phone call. No extra fees, no waiting around, no BS. I'll definitely be calling Reyes Towing the next time I need a tow.
I borrowed my mom's Honda Pilot to pickup a large TV that I purchased. When I went to leave, the car wouldn't start. I called Reyes and he told me he had one customer ahead of me and would meet me asap. Upon arrival he told me he could charge the battery and there was no need to tow. He was right. Reyes had the car started immediately. He was honest, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend his services. Five star service for sure. Thank you.
Absolutely phenomenal service I’ve been stranded for about six hours waiting for another towing service to show up without an arrival time established. Reyes Answered my call immediately happen to be in my area and picked up my car and me and transported us to a charging station. This was all within 20 minutes of us speaking on the phone. The tow was incredibly reasonably priced, and the truck operator was exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. Would utilize their service again no questions asked and wouldn’t even think about contacting anyone else in the area. The only regret I have is not calling them sooner.
If there was an opportunity to give 6 stars for very exceptional service, that's what I'd give. I got my zero turn mower stuck with its back wheels over the edge of a retaining wall. I checked for towing services, and called Reyes, due to its location and 100% 5* reviews. Eli answered, and after I sent him pics of the problem, he said he can take care of it and he'd be here in 20 min. It was in an awkward spot. He came up with a great solution driving iron stakes into the ground, and using them as anchors to ratchet the mower back to the lawn with cables. Eli's creative and smart. I was extremely happy with the service.
Eli came immediately, jumped my car. He was professional, polite and VERY knowledgeable. He left, and I ended up needing him again. He came directly back with a laugh and a smile. He treated me like family. I can't say enough about what an amazing experience I had, all while panicking about my car. His service was above and beyond 5 star!

After a flat tire on our Tesla, and no luck finding any other tow trucks, AND getting a 2-3 hour wait offer from AAA, we were stuck. Reyes was extremely solution oriented, gave us options, and picked up our car as soon as he could (far faster than AAA)

I recently needed Tesla roadside assistance and Reyes Towing came to the rescue. Eli was the driver who helped me, and he was outstanding. Not only was he very nice and professional, but he went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier.
Eli towed my car to the Tesla Service Center, where they then determined that it needed to go to a local collision center instead. With no issues, Eli drove me there, dropped off the car, and then took me to Enterprise to rent a car. When Enterprise didn’t have a vehicle available, he didn’t just leave me stranded — he drove me to Hertz and waited to make sure I was able to get a rental.
I couldn’t be happier with the level of service Eli provided. He truly cared about making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance.

Man where do I begin.. This man Eli is an outstanding worker & phenomenal human being. By far the best in the business. I recently purchased a Tesla from a used Dealership 2 1/2hrs away from home & it wasn’t until I got to a Tesla Supercharger with super low battery percentage when I found out that the specific Tesla I have doesn’t have Tesla Supercharging enabled because there’s a pending investigation on a minor accident. This man took less than 15-20 minutes to arrive, took me to Tesla to get a charging adapter ( which I got for free just because of his relationship with they guys at Tesla in the area), drove me around to at least 5-7 different chargers, & didn’t leave until I was connected & able to charge. & at the end only charged me for the initial destination price. Words cant explain how grateful of him I was that day, he really cares for his customers. Eli if you read this I just want to say thank you again, you’re the best & don’t stop being the good-hearted person that you are my man.

Eli truly is an angel on Earth... The old shop I used to go to for inspection and oil changes unexpectedly closed down. He took great care of my car, provided quality service, performed diagnostics and a check up to thoroughly inform me about maintenance for my car to stay healthy and running. He provided quality service, he's super down-to-earth, knowledgeable and genuine. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
My Jeep broke down and I called for assistance around 5:00 p.m. about 2 hours later my Jeep was ready to be picked up and ready to go after being towed and my alternator fixed. I have never had and experience like this where a customer came first. I would recommend this company to anybody who wants fast, professional, and cost-effective service.
Today I called Reyes for help with what I thought was a starter issue but turned out to just be a bad battery. I had the pleasure of being helped by Eli today, & let me tell you, I don't know if I've ever had such friendly, wonderful, great service. He was so very friendly, took the time to hear me out, talk about my issue, & figure out how to fix it. It was truly a pleasant interaction, even with a semi emergency kind of thing going on. Twice he researched some things I might have needed done (I have a Volkswagen so they're complicated), making absolutely sure he could help me before getting into anything. That amount of dedication & openness is not something you'll get everywhere. & Speaking of openness - he was very transparent about the quote he gave me, telling me how much I would be saving by him getting the part instead of me & what the hourly rate was. He could have not told me & kept that as a profit, but he stressed that he is really trying to keep prices down in these uncertain times. This man TRULY cares about his customers & I would 400% recommend contacting this shop if you're in need of a car assistance. He was even happy to help when I called again later with an issue about battery installation.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I was originally super scared when my Tesla had a punctured tire but the owner of this company made it way more relaxing as he came and was very friendly and professional and even took us to the service center with him. Upon dropping off the car he even gave us suggestions on hotels in the area and ideas on how to navigate our situation and even took us to the hotel. So helpful and professional.
Couldn’t have asked for better service, commitment, or professionalism. Spoke with Eli a few times to coordinate the tow and he even offered some ideas for me to fix the problem on my own to avoid a tow.
He knows EVs, and has all the right equipment to get the job done the right way and had the car loaded up in no time.
If I’m ever in trouble again, he will be my first call!

Amazing service. He really is a great guy, very kind and hospitable. On a family trip to Hershey my moms car froze in the middle of the road w heavy traffic. After several unfortunate tries with other servers we found this company and was able to get off the road within 30 minutes of the call and to our hotel. The next day he was able to come down and tow the car almost 3hrs to our place in Maryland. Even had a truck big enough to fit me my three siblings and my mother. If ever need we’ll be using his services again. 10/10.
