Amazing service. My car battery died on me in public and I had no one to help me. I called this store and Josh and Ariel came on site to where I was and installed the new battery. This is top level customer service. I was stranded and had no one to help me and this store and these gentleman were kind enough to come on site and help me out. I can not express how much I appreciated this. It's nice to see and know there are great companies and ppl out there still. Josh and Ariel - ty both so much, I really can not express my appreciation for the help today!!

Henry and the rest of the crew of people there were so nice and professional to every customer who walked in the store, including me. It’s always stressful when anyone works on your phone and they truly made it stress free. I could not be more pleased with the services provided, nor could I be more grateful. I was very impressed with Batteries Plus, Camp Hill, PA location. I visited on a very cold day with a feels-like temp of 8 degrees & only a couple days following a 12"-15" snow storm. I was surprised how busy the store was when I arrived (I quickly realized it was "battery season"). Despite being busy, they immediately greeted me & were already aware of my online order, having it pulled & ready to go. Even with everything going on when I arrived, they started my installation in under five minutes of my arrival. The installation was fast. The installer, as well as the "inside team" were friendly & very customer service oriented. I like the fact they keep the vehicle's electronics "energized" during installation, preventing the need to re-enter any settings. Overall, I was very satisfied with Batteries Plus, Camp Hill, PA location.

Our car seemed to be hesitant to start in this cold weather and we took it to the Camp Hill Batteries Plus to get it checked out. Everyone was very helpful and immediately tested our battery to confirm that it needed to be replaced. We were able to select a proper replacement, and it was installed right away.

I did a google search for the battery I needed, which came up, apparently with other batteries that didn't match my description. When I clicked the seller option, I didn't realize that it was the wrong battery that it was querying on Battery Plus's website (not Battery Plus's fault). As I'd learned when I went to pick it up, it was much larger. They did confirm that it was the wrong battery. They were so helpful in determining the correct battery and bringing that one out to me, then ensuring that I understood the options for the best price, which was to order it online again. I did. The problem though, was this battery was also larger than the battery it was replacing, but the terminals were the correct size and orientation. The Batteries Plus associate explained to me, as he walked outside to see my old battery's installation, that he has a huge deal of confidence in their technicians and assured me that this was the correct battery. It was! It was a higher capacity battery, and, I think, probably closer to the EOM size. My old battery was smaller and had less capacity. So, yes! I am very happy to have done business with Batteries Plus! They took their time with me to ensure I was delighted with their product and service.

Replaced my Iphone battery ! Yay! Very customer focused and friendly. Much less expensive than Apple!

The employees are so nice and welcoming here! Whenever my key thob needs change this is the place to go. You're in and out within minutes. They're just down the road from their old place. Right by excitement video.

EDITED 11/28/25: I received responses from both the local store and the regional chief retail officer. They were apologetic, offered coupons and said "our locations are independently owned franchises, and we do not control all of the product and service content shown on the national website...This situation occurred because our team failed to properly review and explain this difference in-store including correct pricing, and that is a training issue on our end. We will be addressing this with our staff immediately. Additionally, we are working with Batteries Plus corporate to have this additional service type added to the national website to help prevent confusion in the future." And while I will stick to paying 6.70 for a key fob battery from my car dealership from now on, I appreciate the response. ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Tonight I stopped in for a battery replacement in my key fob. I was quoted $26.99 for a lifetime key fob replacement. When I told him my car had almost 180,000 miles and I didn’t need that, he told me that a one time replacement would be $21.99. This was significantly higher than the last time I was in there (old location, they just moved down the road)…he told me that this price has been the same for the last 10 years. Needless to say, this was not the case and a quick look on their website told me that they were definitely scamming me. Beware. Do your research before you go in. My car dealership will do it for seven dollars.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was able to find the batteries I was looking for then asked if they reprogram key fobs which they do. The manager came out and was able to reprogram a different fob and got me on the road in no time. Very pleased with the interaction. I’ll be getting all my batteries here from now on.

Very quick service, I had a 1:30PM appointment and arrived to drop my truck off. They weren't very busy at the time so the installer made their way to my vehicle while I was still in store. They also have friendly staff, the lady running the counter made every effort to greet me and wave at me when I walked in, and even cracked a few jokes while I was there. A quick look around the store also showed me that they have absolutely everything for any battery related need. Highly recommend stopping by and checking out their battery chargers and jump packs, as they had great prices posted.

**The best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time** Starting off: I called before they opened to inquire about laptop batteries. As soon as they opened an associate called me and left a message on my phone asking how they can help me. Incredible! I arrived at the store that evening and the manager and all the associates were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me to find a solution to my laptop battery issue. Bar-none, the best customer service at this location!

$800+ in damages. This place is staffed by completely incompetent people. Management is non responsive to any and all issues. Use them at your own RISK. I took my G Shock’s in for new batteries as I have several times in the past without issues. I got my watches back undamaged and working as they should. But this time, I clearly made a bad decision to try this place. They proceeded to TOTALLY trash my watches rendering them useless.

Awesome experience. Hannah was just a blessing and was awesome to deal with. Once I picked up my phone from having a cracked screen...I then was told Kyle was able to fix my camera that had cracked as well. Which was a bonus!!! Loved the experience and they have my business from this point forward!

Great staff at this store. I went in and wasn’t sure exactly what I needed as I’m no battery expert. I was promptly assisted and on my way. Will return!

The customer service here was amazing. I've never been here before but needed help programming my key fob. Wyatt helped me and I was in and out before I knew what happened. Lol. It was a lot quicker and more simple than I thought. While I was there I bought some AA and AAA batteries that were on a real good sale. I will definitely be back next time I need batteries or service.

This swift effiecent team, does what they can to get the job done. They had been able to make emergency accomodations to do a repair for a senior citizen, under tight time constraint. the phone techs appeared to be skilled and take true care for the electronic devices being repaired. Hours soon will be extended until 7pm which is even more helpful

The staff was very helpful. I purchased what was supposed to be an exact replacement Golf Cart battery. However, the design of the case has changed and the battery could not be properly secured in the cart. The manufacturer should be notified of this.

They didn't have the battery I ordered even though the email said it was there. They tried to call me, but the number on my profile was incorrect (my issue). In the end, it worked out great because I got a battery that was better for my motorcycle.

Love the new location! Easy in, easy out. New store looks fantastic compared to the last one. Thanks for having what I needed, a car key cut and programmed. Cheaper than the dealer.

Best professional service ever. In and out quick and easy. Have used this shop often. Phone repair, key fob battery replacement, light bulbs..I could go on and on. Best news for me they are moving to a more convenient location that is much more accessible

Had a great experience at Batteries Plus today. The staff were so helpful finding just the battery I needed for my smoke detector/CO2 alarm. I bought a battery that looked like it should fit, but it didn't. I brought it back and they helped me find the right one. Great customer service!
