Jeff and the staff at the Camp Hill location were fantastic and went above and beyond. As a single woman, I really appreciated their thorough inspection of my car and they went above and beyond to make sure it was safe and within the standards of compliance for Pennsylvania.

I needed to have an exhaust repair done on my car and they were able to complete the repair on time at a reasonable price despite being shorthanded on the day of my appointment thanks to Jeff& his crew. I always visit a shop in person before having work done on anything and I could tell with just one look at the shop and a brief conversation with Jeff that this is a very well run operation and a good place to do business. Jeff and his team went above and beyond for me. I had my radiator replaced twice in colorado before moving back to pa. When my radiator went out again(another faulty one from co)Jeff and his team got it replaced fast for me and had my vehicle back to me same day. Thanks guys

We had an appointment at another Meineke to get windshield wipers replaced. We got a call from the store in the morning that their mechanics were sick, but this location would be able to fit us in. I called this location and despite having a packed schedule, they were able to change the wipers. They did it quickly and efficiently, despite being really busy. This experience makes me want to return in the future (even though it’s not the closest location). They went out of their way to accommodate me and take care of my car. They also have a sign on the door that it is veteran owned. I come from a family of veterans and am happy to support a veteran. I will definitely return and will recommend. I really appreciate their customer service and them helping me out!

I went in for my cars state inspection and spoke with Jeff. He didn't push any services except those which failed inspection. Correcting the issue would result in work related transportation issues. Jeff was very kind to offer taking the price of an Uber off of my total. He said he wanted to do what he could to keep me as a customer. I say he succeeded and I will return to Meineke for future services.

This place is generous and caring. They showed empathy in a situation that was dreadful, stressful, and to top it all off during the holidays. They deserve nothing but positive feedback, energy, and the up most kindness from anyone who wishes business with them!!

I have used Meineke for all my car service for years!! I recently brought in a car I purchased last Feb. They found out everything the dealer had done (certified used car) and exactly what it needed now. They even sent me home in a Uber so I didn't have to sit at the garage for hours. Very knowledgeable, skilled and pleasant!

Jeff was extremely helpful at the front desk and the mechanics were very knowledgeable. After doing my inspection, they let me come in to see the parts that needed replaced, in person, to ensure transparency. Will return and recommend to others.

I visited this shop for a state inspection and was given a $5,000 repair estimate with the claim that multiple parts needed replacement. When I declined the work, they failed the inspection and replaced my tire sensors with third-party ones that ended up broken. The experience felt dishonest and unnecessary. A few days later, I went to an authorized dealership. They completed the inspection properly and addressed the actual critical issues for about $600. The contrast in service and transparency was very clear.

The team at Meineke Camp Hill has been great throughout the entire process. They were very transparent with the inspection and broke down everything that my vehicle needed for repairs including pictures of the vehicle issues. They maintained communication walking me through everything and helped me with coordinating a payment plan. They are by far the best experience I've had with professional vehicle repair shops.

Todd at the front desk is the only reason I’m leaving a positive review. I had to reschedule my oil change three times, and during last visit I even waited three hours before being told it couldn’t be done. Despite how busy it was, Todd was extremely helpful and made sure my car was finally taken care of. 5 stars for Todd!

Very pleased with the service I received here. They are very up front about time expectations and prices. All around just very honest, pleasant people. We will be back in the future when my car decides to betray my trust again.

This location takes care of Veterans on Veterans Day by providing free oil changes. They get you in and out quick as well. I've been using them for other automotive needs since my service there has been great.

Jeff, the manager, was so thorough and detailed. We towed the vehicle in with an electrical issue and he gave me detailed reports of his technicians diagnostic report. The pricing was more than fair for the repairs. He gave me different options to fix it, and even offered financing which I will def use for repairs in the future! Top notch service! Will never go anywhere else!

Fabulous experience. Jeff, the manager, was very friendly, accommodating and communicated very effectively. I was extremely pleased with everything! PA state inspection, emissions and wheel/tire exchange (summer to winter tires/wheels). I will be a regular customer!

Been coming here for almost 6 months now. I highly recommend this place. Great mechanics, they actually explain what’s wrong and suggest options on how to go about fixing this issue, and they have great prices on services. I will never go back to Tire Plus in Camp Hill!

Today I picked up my car from the Meineke in Camp Hill, and I have to give my props to them! My car made it to PA from TX and was making a few god awful noises. One of these sounds I was aware of and just needed to get fixed. The other sound was unknown and I needed to know what to do! I ended up needing a new alternator, timing belt, serpentine belt, and CV axle replaced. These guys went above beyond for me! Let me know what was going on in detail, told me exactly how much to fix it(didn’t add extra fees), and got everything done sooo quickly. I’m talking about, got it last week and everything was done yesterday. Jeff kept me updated and recommended things and gave me pricing even if I decided not to get their services on a few things he backed me 100%! She sounds beautiful! 100/10 would recommend, and I will be back.

Despite a long day getting my vehicle to Pass inspection, my experience at Meineke was a good one. Richard was kind, polite and displayed great customer service skills both in person and on the phone. Todd was also very helpful in keeping me updated and thoroughly explaining the work being done as well As pricing. They made sure I was comfortable Since I had some physical limitations. A huge thank you to both technicians as well as the ones who worked on my vehicle.

My partner and I both had a great experience with Jeff - he was straightforward and overall super pleasant to work with. He never once pushed me into extra services, just laid out what was critical and let me decide. The digital inspection they do is a game changer, they provide you with pictures of every single thing and give you insight into everything good, meh, and bad with your vehicle. 10/10!

I can't stress enough about how informative and efficient meineke car Care center in Camp Hill has been! Their digital system and All of their technicians are transparent and that allows for the customer to make an informative decision for what is best for them and their vehicle. There was no fear baiting. ( As there is at most shops in the area ) Only information and transparency. The mechanic that I was working with was very personable compassionate and understanding. " Todd kocher " And his technician who handled my car did so with care. Todd also gave me options for how to financially handle the cost of the repairs that was needed for my vehicle. Walking me through each step . The system that Meineke has is set up well , it was easy to navigate. To my surprise I was informed that Meineke will tow to them within 5 mi of their location. They also provide a service for around $49 to do a all-around check on any vehicle prior to purchasing and or once ownership has been made. I highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks Todd I'll be talking to you soon , you have a forever customer here.

I had a really great experience at this meineke location. I brought my 2016 road in for service, she needed new brakes and there was a grinding sound in my rear. Unlike my previous dealership location I was visiting, they did a full check of my entire car and I really liked the process I went through. They communicated very well through each step, and when it came for the finances, they helped me out and had plenty of options available to allow me to get my car fixed up properly for inspection. The workers were knowledgeable, kind and when I had questions they were more than happy to help me figure it out and answer them for me! Fantastic team in Camp Hill here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a genuine car shop with excellent customer service.
