Do not trust these people.. I’ve been ordering from them for years and never had a problem but my last purchase was a front clip that showed up with obvious collision damage I asked for a clip that wasn’t crashed or my money back and they refused. Then they sent me aftermarket tong yang bumper cover and a/c condenser.. if I wanted Chinese garbage I could have bought that myself. Again please don’t trust this place make sure you inspect everything because they are not above selling people absolute trash. 6k for a front clip that 80percent was unusable..

Pricing is not the greatest, may as well as buy on ebay for all intents and purposes. If you want to find a well price/cheaper part, don't bother here, they're price gouge you

Extremely hard to find: 2000 BMW Z3 roadster 2.8l M52TU automatic transmission, hydraulic cylinder for convertible top. PATTERSON came through for me, cylinder works perfectly.

Through the use of my phone, I needed a leather back seat for my 2013 Dodger Dart GT, & I couldn't find one anywhere... 2060 Auto Parts in Buffalo found one for me searching... I dealt with Vern there... Vern was absolutely professional & had a perfect seat for my car at a great price... Patterson's is a pleasure to deal with!!

Patterson was outstanding to work with. Lori communicated with my via email for several weeks before I made my purchase. She was very straight forward with the information and pricing she supplied. I chose to drive to PA to pick up the parts I needed from their facility there. The people with whom I saw and worked with at Patterson were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company very highly for how well organized and business like they operate.

I know i have complained about there prices in the past but u pay for quality amd I have always gotten a quality part with a great 90 day warranty with an option for an extended warranty for most parts and they even give a 90 day warranty on electrical parts to witch gives you a good price of mind

Where to start.... These guys are AWESOME, needed some parts, found em on eBay, ordered em "local pick-up" and paid. The next morning I had a call from one of the reps making sure my year/make/model and COLOR CODE were correct, when one of the parts wasn't correct, they found me another one. Pick up was quick and easy, and when I looked everything over I wasn't happy with the bumper, straight to the computer to check inventory. When we couldn't find something that would work for me, a refund was issued and money was credited back to my account within minutes. THANK YOU GUYS, you're the best, and a huge shout out to Vern, he worked his butt off to make things right.

Bought 2 class B fenders that where rusty ... Need to check your parts over better. They where definitely not Bs.. Dont recommend buying body panels from here

I drove 4 hours to pick up 2 doors for my 2008 Honda Element that I had purchased. When I arrived, one of the doors wasn't adequate for my needs. The manager overheard my disappointment and personally called a manager from another used parts distributor and identified the door I needed. He verified that it was adequate for my needs by reviewing digital images and discussing them with the other distributor, then arranged for me to pick it up at no additional cost to me. He chose a distributor that was on my way home and gave me excellent directions to get there. I was completely satisfied with the way that this difficulty was handled.

I initially spoke to one of your agents who quoted me a lower price. Later, another agent quoted nearly double that amount. Is this how you conduct business? Pricing should be consistent and transparent. Also, when a customer reaches out to make a purchase, they should be treated with respect not like they're begging. You earn from us, so please ensure your team handles customers properly and professionally.

Any of the sale personnel can handle your order. Customer service is one of the best in the United States. I call from out of state and know that I’m getting the right parts every time.

Great company to work with, wish they were closer to me so I could have completed my EcoSport project with the missing body panels I need. I bought a front crash bar from Patterson Auto Wrecking and it fits perfectly on my EcoSport I am rebuilding.

They were very helpful in helping me get a discontinued part for my 2008 Equinox.. The part arrived damaged but no fault of the friendly people I communicated with, but the person that carelessly removed the part. They were very nice about crediting me for the damage part. I will definitely use them again and also recommend them.

The customer support is amazing, I ordered a shifter assembly from a vehicle that hadn't been disassembled yet .( 2 weeks out ) when they removed it . It had a couple of tiny cracks in it , so they contacted me to let me know about it. BY PHONE ! told me they have another , sent photos also of both shifters. And sent me the better one . Packing was incredible! Delivery amazing! So hats off to these guys, Rob and Dave .they have a new customer for sure.

Bought a used 6t40 transmission with pretty low miles from them a month ago, i couldn't be happier with the purchase. Transmission functions as it should. They saved me $3,000. Employees were super friendly and they even loaded it in my vehicle for me.

Hey, a little cheaper price would have been nice, but it was very important that I got a functional backseat for my 2013 Kia Sorento, and they provided. After a very frustrating experience w many other junkyards who wanted to argue with me that any backseat from 2011-2013 would fit, or only, but all 2013 models would work. Neither which was the case, only a backseat from a model without the third row seating option, which changes the bolt configuration. Slight attitude on verifying my specific request, but ultimately a success and I even see in invoice notes that i was heard and it was not just a coincidence that I got exactly what I needed. Thank You!

Not the friendliest people. I purchased a car door from eBay and picked it up myself. Guy at the counter gave me somewhat of a hard time. I don’t think they liked the fact that I picked it up and they couldn’t charge shipping which would have cost more than I paid for the door!

I got a new seat for my car at Patterson and it's perfect in every way. Travelling to Patterson from Pittsburgh is worth the trip. Great service and dealer recommended. Very pleased. Rob was very friendly and helpful.

I have purchased several parts from Patterson, including two sets of wheels and an engine, I think. They have always treated me fairly and given unexpectedly low prices. Once when they sold me a bad batch of wheels (severe rust damage), they volunteered to replace the set at no additional cost. I plan to return for future car part needs.

I bought a 2.4 l engine for a Chevrolet Equinox about 2 months ago. Engine runs great with no issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful with loading it into my truck. I even received a free T-shirt that I wear and advertise for them. They're business is approx 140 miles from my area but it's worth the drive to get great parts from honest people.

Ordered a grille piece through their online portal and it was way better than expected! I emailed Rob and asked for photos of it before hand and he was more than happy to help. They had the lowest price I could find anywhere and shipping was awesome. Got here in less than one week after payment, product was as described and pictured. Was also in way better packaging than I had expected! The grille was somehow melted into two pieces of foam with more than enough padding. Will definitely buy from here again!

Very happy with the service. I ordered a hard-to-find transmission over the phone then called back and asked them to hold off charging it until after the holiday. They did. Then they promptly prepared and shipped it at a very reasonable cost. I had the transmission in hand four days after payment. Would definitely do business with again.
