They offered me the worst price! $0.08/lb!!! In another place I was offered $1.5/lb! It is better to spend a little time on the road and earn more money than to deal with this greedy and legit man.
Been going here for years & the people are super great . They are people / family oriented . If you have an issue with them, it's cause you created it . You call it a disaster , go somewhere & find another scrapyard as well organized as M ghee's ... You can't ..
Always fairly quick in and out with no issues. The unloading area is a bit tight so please, if you take a trailer in, know how to back it into a smaller spot. The only holdup I've ever had at this facility was someone hauling a trailer and not knowing how to back it up, other than that it's quick, painless, usually the highest paying, and always been polite and friendly everytime I've been there.
This place is, an environmental disaster. That property is polluted cause of negligence. The young guy running it, has a foul mouth and doesn't know how to talk to people.......???? Haveagreatday. SOMEDAY??
I know the fellow that calls this place a environmental disaster must have never been to another scrap yard before! Also to get someone to be mean with you there you must be one of the button pusher yourself. I have always had a friendly experience there and give them credit for putting up with the grumpies.
Good place to buy used tires from, I'd advise you check and look over the condition of the tires over first, they only sell them as is but I'll go there again
I've gone here a couple times over the last couple years. The employee's have always been very friendly. It's usually not too busy like other scrap yards around so you don't feel rushed unloading your metal.
