Gravel Lick Canoe Launch in
Leeper (PA)

Good place to launch or recover kayaks and canoes. Steep Hill down to the river though

Make sure that your boats are registered or have current launch permit stickers. This is maintained by the PA State Fish and Boat Commission. Heading downstream on the Clarion River from the Cooksburg Inn is nice as there aren't any rentals there, so generally quieter and less busy.
