Smiths auto is the absolute best place to buy your vehicle. I have purchased 2 there and my friends.Family only buys from there. The biggest reason is they don't try to sell you a car.They want to help you find a vehicle that suits you the best. They have incredible service. There's no hidden fees or extra charges like what you get most other auto dealerships. Highly highly highly recommend.
My fiance and I visited the Clarion location around the beginning of this month looking for a car. We found a 2022 Hyundai Elantra Limited in excellent condition with incredibly low miles. Rob was great in helping us out. He held the car for us for a small down-payment while we tried to work things out with our credit union. When that fell through, we went back a few days later and financed through Smith's. It so quick and easy, and we took the car home after just 2 hours. If I ever need a car again I will definitely be going through Smith's, specifically in Clarion. They have great customer service, aren't pushy to make a sale, and have some pretty good deals! I bought a vehicle from Smiths Auto sales and found a defect within a few weeks. I took it to them to look at to see what could be done. They took care of it completely. I would recommend Smith Auto to anyone.

I was sold a lemon! Haven’t even put 2000mi on the 2016 jeep wrangler I purchased and have put over 3000$ in repairs so far. Now the vehicle is not drivable due to the rear end going out. That’s another 2500$ repair that still needs made.

Bought a car here around a year and a half ago. The shopping experience was great. Simple and easy. The salesman was nice and communicated well with me. I work all day and prefer to text and he was more than happy to oblige. I just recently had an issue where something was miscommunicated at the time of purchase and I contacted them. An hour later the owner personally called me, apologized and stood behind their end of the deal a year and a half later. Extremely satisfied with this level of customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! I was very interested in a Rav4 they offered. I asked if I could arrange for an Independent Mechanic to inspect the Rav4 and was told by salesman Dan they don't allow it since they had a bad experience in the past, and when questioned why, Dan offered no reason. I have purchased many cars for our family over the years & have never been told by a dealer that I could not have an independent mechanic check out a car. But since it's a 4.5 hr drive for me I asked for an exception and still they said no. Dan asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle to give me first right of refusal and I did so on my Visa. Dan contacted me the following week to let me know they had another potential buyer and also sent me a picture of some body damage undetected by them until it went on the rack and texted if it was a problem they would refund my deposit. I replied I would give him an answer the next day which I did and said I'd pass on it, and he said they'd mail my refund. After not receiving it a month later, I contacted Dan and he checked with the owner who said they would NOT refund my deposit since I prevented someone else from buying it...BUT IT SOLD SHORTLY AFTER I TOLD THEM I'D PASS ON IT! Still no refund. Sketchy business practices from my perspective.
Dustin made a great deal for me and was very easy going. Love , love , love my new ride !! Thank you to the other guy ( Sorry I don't remember your name ) but he is the one who pointed my new ride out and thought it would be best for me and was absolutely correct.
Got a car there not even a yr ago... Had some issues with it took in and they are making it right!!! They won't leave you high and dry... Even if means they lose out... They make right They help us coustomers out and are with every step of the way... I just want to thank you everyone at Smith's

Very nice and honest. I took my car in for a state inspection and asked them to change the oil while I was there. I thought it was time but I didn't check the sticker. He came back and told me that it didn't need changed according to the date on the sticker. A lot of people would have just changed it and charged me. I appreciated that.
