Highly recommend using these guys! Day one of our vacation and our check engine light came on. Hesitant to proceed, we called Mark’s and Ross made time to check into it for us right away. Within 3 hours of calling, we were back on the road with peace of mind that we wouldn’t have any further issues. Thankful for an honest mechanic who didn’t take advantage of the situation! Fantastic service, they always keep all my vehicles on the road. The new owners are very nice and professional. Can't say anything bad about the change in ownership. Always had the best experiences with Mark and Tricia. Tyler and Alicia have been nothing but friendly and professional with me.
Claimed to fix my temp sensor but took it home and went to drive it later that day and it over heated broke down in cookforest I called them told them I was broke down they said...ok...
..and I said we'll um I guess I need to call a tow...they said.....ok....... mind u I had no clue they towed they didn't tell me that either, yes I know it's on their sign but I never thot to look. And they never offered me a tow, spent 250$ on a tow and took my car back to them, claimed they refixed it and drove it home it once again over heated blew antifreeze everywhere.....I'll never do business there again

They've been extremely helpful and understanding! Came to me if there was an issue when looking at my car and gave me options. Extremely recommended auto shop.
We were on a road trip and our van broke down on i80 about 15 miles away from this shop. Every other towing company in town turned us away, but not Mark's! They came an picked us up quickly, the driver was very nice, and the price was great! After a few days we called them again to have them fix the original problem that caused our breakdown. The team was super fast, efficient, and wonderful at communicating with us.
Would definitely recommend for any issues you may have with a vehicle.
I took in my own parts, they charged me $95 to install said parts but never actually put on my parts. They jipped me out of $500. Would not reccomend to anybody!
The flatbed driver(Mike) is super friendly and professional! They have my friends truck to fully rebuild the front driver side right now and I will update my review soon!We are from Ohio and broke down last night coming to Rimersburg. I forgot to update when I should have... They are very quick and very reasonable !!! Wish they were closer to home so I could do more business with them!!
I was left disappointed when they refused to tow a car that was illegally parked on my property. I would give this business a zero star rating if that was an option.
When I moved to the area I needed to find a new mechanic. A friend told me about Marks so I sent my vehicle down to them. They fully repaired my vehicle for thousands less than a dealership and two other places that gave me estimates. It was done and done right the first time around. Mark's is well priced, they get the work done in a very timely manner and what they tell you it is going to cost is all you pay. Great job and great service. If you need work done and don't want to be charged double. Give them a ring and they will help you out.
