I had a friend take her car there it was and envoy he charged battery up and charged 65$ then tells them they need and alternator 600$ for alternator just alternator not labor I believe he took advantage of the woman that owned the car so she asked to break the bill down and they would not itemize the bill so that would be the key there is a problem with hiding something alternator actually cost 150$ he is a rip off so don’t go here for your auto need’s terrible business practices.
Bobby has always been the consummate professional. He's always explained everything so I understood and even though unseen repairs became necessary he was fair and had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend him to anyone
"FEMALE CUSTOMERS BEWARE"
Took Advantage of female customers VERY Disappointing!! My brother is hospitalized and recovering in Hershey. Their vehicle broke down and was towed to Reeder's Garage, they fixed their 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and charged my sister in law 305.95 for a "starter". In the best condition the above named vehicle is valued at between 2500 and 4000 dollars via Kelly Blue Book. So why would any garage put an alleged "NEW Part" on such vehicle?
Needless to say my sister in law needs the vehicle to travel to and from the hospital in Hershey to visit my brother but couldn't pay for the repairs so I called the Reeder's Garage to inquire about paying via Credit Card, go figure their credit card machine doesn't work so it would have to be cash. The person on the phone then goes on to say that it will be an additional 35 dollars per day for the vehicle sitting at his shop his wife's policy so he couldn't change that, no biggie I understand that but they close today at 1:00 PM so would have to be cash before then to avoid the extra charges here's the kicker I live in Texas.
All-in All I believe they took advantage of a female customer in crisis, I believe a "LEGITIMATE" trustworthy garage would have asked before repairing the vehicle first off and secondly the shadiness that such an Up & Up business couldn't use their credit card machine.
